La Prediletta is a great place for a quiet vacation and great access to the beautiful mountains and national park. it is remote but not so much to be inconvenient. It was a large, beautiful farm home in the middle of an olive orchard (where he presses his own oil) and great for our family of eight. The outdoor living space was most enjoyable for dining al fresco, ping pong, and cooking our own pizzas in the wood fire oven. Antonio was as friendly and responsive as we could hope. It is a wonderful place to stay.

Daniele and Sandra are a young couple who, despite having only recently started their hosting business, have proven to be at the level of those who already have experience. They were as professional in their punctuality and precision in their answers as they were kind in providing information and suggestions, and they were available for dialogue and present but without any intrusion. It was a pleasure to chat and discover similarities in our thinking. Living in the house, unexpectedly even more beautiful than in the photos, was comfortable in every respect, also thanks to the presence of a sweet cat that welcomed us when the rest of the family was absent. We had a great stay at Antonio’s house! The house was immaculately clean, spacious, with a nice enclosed garden and breathtaking views. It had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Antonio was so welcoming and hospitable that we felt like we came to visit a friend :) He provided lots of useful information about the area. We won’t hesitate to book a stay again if we return to Pescara region in the future!

Simona and Ettore's stay was really pleasant. The place, prepared with the rooms ad hoc for us, was as described in the listing. The children had fun running and playing both in the accommodation and in the beautiful garden. A very family friendly structure. Ettore was a very kind host, providing us with very large spaces and providing us with various suggestions. Definitely recommend.

As soon as you're back and we hope to come back... Property in a good location, well cleaned and well-stocked. Beautiful outdoor space, parking inside the courtyard, which is a lot of stuff. The owners are two beautiful people, with whom to have a chat, it is a pleasure, kind and very helpful. We are super satisfied.

The Villa is a great house with one of the best views on the lake. It is spacious, has great outdoor spaces, and has nice furniture and art throughout. Location is great as it is close to Scanno piazza but also near the highway to Sulmona and other towns as well. Hosts were great as well.

Spacious and clean villa in a quiet and peaceful setting. In 6 people and 2 dogs we were very comfortable. Stefania host is responsive and very helpful also on check-out time. Recommended stay

Highly recommend this home; the owner has done an amazing job with the decor. The photos on-line are a true reflection of this beautiful home. Plus the views are spectacular! Very peaceful. Luisa was very responsive and met us at check in. I requested an iron as we were attending a wedding and our dresses needed a quick press from the luggage. Luisa made it happen.

We stayed as a group of 7 adults and one child for 10 days in Villa Miranda. The house is super spacious, space is more than enough. The location is ideal. Somewhat outside, but beach, city and supermarket are reachable by car in a short time. We spent most of the time at the pool, which is in great condition and clean. The landlady is super nice and helpful. Would have liked to stay longer, but unfortunately the vacation was over.

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

Gorgeous house and views! The photos do not do it justice! The house is located in a great area, with quick access to restaurants, beach and surrounding sightseeing, very central location in Abruzzo. It is a large home, giving ample space for multiple families. There were some issues with the water, to which Gennaro was very attentive and proactive. We enjoyed our family trip and would rent this house again !

It was a wonderful home within walking distance of the beautiful town and 25 minutes to snow.

We had a wonderful family stay at Antonio’s place. The house is spectacular - even better than how it appears in the photos. Well equipped, spotless, spacious with plenty of privacy for each of the bedrooms. The garden and pool are beautiful, we could spent endless hours lounging and swimming. The one drawback guests should be aware of is that there is no AC in any of the bedrooms downstairs (3 out of 6 total), and in the common areas. While we visited a heat wave was hitting EU and specifically Italy. For those of us who had to sleep without AC it was really unpleasant. The downstairs main kitchen and dining room become uncomfortably warm. This might not be a huge issue for some, but for our group at this specific time it was disappointing, especially since the listing mentioned there is an AC in the amenities, without the details that it covers less than 50% of the house. Antonio is a wonderful host who made us feel at home.

It was amazing. The pool and view is just incredible. Tina showed us around and even helped me organize a sweet welcome present for my parents. We had everything we needed really loved our stay. Thank you again Tina!

What a gorgeous house and setting !!! The house is better stocked and more beautiful than the listing. So peaceful and relaxing. We were 3 families, had ample space, privacy and could have stayed longer. Having a house that is fully air conditioned in Italy is rare ! The grocery store in town is fully stocked and the agriturismo was delicious. A car is a must in this area, but don’t hesitate to book ! Very attentive owners/managers, they were so accommodating and even had a welcome platter waiting for us with some food essentials !!! Would rent it again !

Welcoming warm host, location was tranquil snd picturesque, lovely welcoming village community. Freshly grown tomatoes on site and a fabulous outdoor pizza oven and barbecue area. The vacation home Casa Vita Nuova proved to be true fortune. Starting with the hosts, Lea and Roland, who made their stay a special experience with their warm and courteous manner. The house itself exudes cleanliness and care, and the view from the terrace is simply stunning. The pool, also kept very clean, offers welcome cooling and invites you to linger. All in all, Casa Vita Nuova is not only very well maintained, but also a place where you feel immediately welcome and at home. A real highlight in the Airbnb selection.

We had an amazing stay! Mario was incredibly communicative and accommodating, especially with check-in and check-out times, making everything seamless. He proactively made us aware of important updates in Lettomanoppello we wouldn’t otherwise have known about. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and a perfect, peaceful retreat to come back to each day after exploring the the area. We had everything we needed and more—Mario went above and beyond, providing complimentary food and drinks upon arrival and throughout our stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was also so private, offering a serene escape from the town. We truly enjoyed every minute and will definitely stay here again!

Paul's place is a true gem. There is a big yard that is extremely well taken care of, with lots of beautiful and well thought of details. It has many different areas that you can spend time in, both spots for sun and spots for shade. It is truly amazing sitting there having a morning coffee with a view of a fabulous mountain top. We visited in early June, when the yard was flourishing. Paul had a kind man helping out with the yard and swimming pool, he visited every morning to clean the pool and his visits were mostly timed early, before us guests in the villa had woken up to the new day. The villa's interior was great too, it was super clean and all the interior details was of great quality and condition. Rooms were spacious, all bathrooms good and there was a bathroom in each room, which was very convenient for a group of 8 people. We would warmly recommend this villa, it was even better than we could have expected. The hosts are very kind and helpful, we felt welcome. Thank you!

Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

My wife and I stayed at margherita's Villa on May 18-26 and it was a wonderful experience. The Villa was even more spectacular in person , the accommodations were very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The grounds are maintained meticulously and the pool is inviting even on a chilly day. The panoramic views are spectacular. The location was perfect for us while visiting our family in Bucchianico. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning . 5 stars all the way around !!
