We hebben een fantastische week gehad met onze familie in Villa Pupi. Een heel Comfortabel huis van alle gemakken voorzien op een prachtige plek middenin het groen. Trevigano is dichtbij voor boodschappen en heerlijke restaurants. Giorgio was een fijne gastheer. Hij reageerde snel op vragen en dacht mee met ons. Ook Francesco was super aardig en kwam direct langs toen we een urgente vraag hadden. Wij alle zes zijn heel enthousiast over dit huis ook al is het aan de dure kant voor ons was het dit waard. 😀‼️

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. C’è stato sempre un supporto immediato per ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Ritornerò sicuramente da Fabrizio e lo consiglio davvero.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

We were enchanted when we saw Lucia's house, especially the garden and the facilities in the garden (ping pong, pool, basketball court) were very enjoyable for my son. I liked watching the sunset in the garden the most. The house was a living house. Lucia and her assistant Natalie responded to all our needs immediately. We could easily reach Rome center and other villages with the car we rented. It was very comfortable to reach Rome in 20-25 minutes by car. It is a very enjoyable house for large families or groups of friends, especially those with children, who want to be able to reach the city easily but also want to be at home in peace and relax away from the city. Thank you very much for everything.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. The house is a work of art and we made the best memories with relaxation and fun. Thank you so much to Lorenzo and Michela!!! Absolutely fantastic!

En avslappende oase i Nettuno – anbefales på det sterkeste! Vi hadde en fantastisk uke i Nettuno, Italia, og dette stedet er virkelig en perle for de som søker en avslappende ferie. Omgivelsene var utrolig vakre, og det store, nydelige bassenget var et midtpunkt for mange fine dager. Vår vert, Sarah, var utrolig hjelpsom og imøtekommende. Hun var alltid tilgjengelig og sørget for at vi hadde alt vi trengte. En ekstra bonus var den nydelige huskatt som kom på daglige besøk – et kjærkomment innslag! Et lite minus var beliggenheten. Vi skulle gjerne hatt en leiebil, da veien til butikker, restauranter og selve tettstedet var litt risikabel å gå på uten fortau, og med biler som kjørte fort. Uber var heller ikke tilgjengelig, men heldigvis var lokalbefolkningen utrolig hjelpsomme med å ordne transport for oss. Til tross for dette, vil vi på det sterkeste anbefale dette stedet til alle som ønsker en avslappende ferie i rolige omgivelser.

깨끗하고 넓은 집입니다. 침실 4개에, 집앞 주차공간도 있어 7명의 가족이 여행기간 동안 편하게 묵었습니다. 주인은 매우 친절하고, 저의 요구 사항에 즉각 반응해 주었습니다. 근처에 대형마트도 있어 편리했습니다. 로마 방문시 추천하는 숙소입니다.

Eine besondere Unterkunft, nicht das Übliche. Du hast das Gefühl zu Gast in einem Museum zu sein. Das Haus ist liebevoll dekoriert, der Geist der Architekten ist überall zu spüren. Die Lage des Hauses ist sensationell mit einem einzigartigen Ausblick auf das Meer. Romana hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt, ein toller Service. Sie hat rasch auf Fragen geantwortet und die Rückfahrt nach Rom zum Flughafen mit dem Taxi organisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We stayed at Antonella's cottage for a week and had the most amazing time! The cottage is very private, with available parking spot and 5 to 15 minute drive range to all the places you might need during your stay. Antonella and her husband are very friendly and caring hosts. We had no problem with using the shared garden and enjoying our very own veranda and dinning space. The cottage is top notch modern but very cozy and feels like home. When next time we are back in Latina, this will be our destination 100%!

This was our best Air B and B! Stay here instead of Rome and keep your sanity from overcrowded Tourist Rome! The guys have done a lovely job of making and running this character suite, I hope to come back some time !Caio!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Bemühungen, uns den besten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, waren wirklich bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das inkludierte Frühstück, das jeden Morgen eine willkommene Stärkung war. Der freundliche Willkommensaperitif bei unserer Ankunft war fantastisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft für Reisende empfehlen, die eine gut gelegene und gastfreundlich geführte Unterkunft suchen. Firstly, the host was super accommodating and I really appreciated that. The property is in a quiet location, and was ideal to explore less touristic (but more authentic) surroundings with a car or explore beautiful Gerano on foot. Worked there for 1 week - internet was good and stable. Property was clean, bed was comfy, we didnt miss anything, there was nothing we didnt like. All was great!

This was a beautiful little apartment. Everything was perfectly decorated and spotless. We had some trouble with traffic and other delays and the hosts were amazing. They relieved a lot of stress, waited for us to arrive, warmly welcomed us into their home…. You couldn’t ask for a better experience.

We stayed for the time we booked and liked it so much we asked to stay for an extra few days! Well-appointed house in beautiful, relaxing surroundings. Lovely outside pagada to enjoy! Everything we could have needed was in the house! Plenty of local shops and facilities, with a train station to Rome about a 10-minute walk away. Mauro and Vladimira were perfect hosts. I always felt they were available to help, whilst always respecting our privacy. Vladimira kindly inquired about allergies, etc., and upon discovering that my wife prefers a low-gluten, low-dairy diet, very kindly bought gluten-free pasta and breakfast goods for us to enjoy, as well as dairy-free milk, so we could have a cup of tea upon arrival. So thoughtful! I highly recommend this Airbnb for a visit to the Rome area. There's a lot to see in the area, and Anzio/Nettuno are lovely, while Rome is easily accessible. The perfect blend! The location, views and town of Norma is beautiful. The accommodation was spotless on arrival with a warm welcome. It’s a shame there are some works on the road out front and no views from The apartment it’s self, but in time they will be gone, the new laid road will be beautiful and views aren’t too far of a walk away. Staff at the bar below were lovely and friendly. They recommended a lovely restaurant round the corner.

Alles top - die Unterkunft ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Check In, die Reaktionszeit alles grossartig. Die Lage zu Rom ist auch top und gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Die Unterkunft selbst ist an einer gut befahrenen Strasse und was wir auch etwas schade fanden, dass wir den Aussenplatz nicht für ein Nachtessen nutzen konnten (steht in den Regeln - dass keine Esswaren nach draussen genommen werden).

We were welcomed by Alex, who explained everything to us. The location is perfect, just two streets after entering the heart of the old side of the city, and in a calm blind alley, and close to many bars, restaurants, and terraces. The apartment is very well decorated, cosy, and spotless. We found everything we needed and more (coffee, pastries, oil, tea, ...). Even though we stayed in during a hot day of June, the place was cold enough, so we did not need the A/C. The only thing we missed was a hand shower. We had an amazing stay, and we strongly recommend Valentina's place. You will love it!

Unsere Zeit in Fabrizios Unterkunft war toll! Es war sauber, die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und die riesige Terrasse bietet einen fantastischen Ausblick und ist perfekt, um dort Mahlzeiten zu sich zu nehmen. Auch die Haushälterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch wenn sie leider kein Wort englisch spricht (kein Problem dank Smartphone). Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und empfehlen Fabrizios Apartment jedem weiter!
