What a fabulous place to stay in Salamanca! The apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable. And what an amazing location! Everything was within very easy walking distance, with restaurants right outside the door. We also enjoyed the terrace, which was a very peaceful break from the city. Rodrigo sent a link to the parking garage, which was easy to find and it was an easy walk to the apartment. We wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend!

Es obvio que ha considerado incluso los detalles más pequeños para distinguirse. Marcelino es muy amable y hizo el Check-In facilísimo con su explicación. La cama es bastante cómoda, la casa entera estaba muy limpia, Marcelino me dio muchas recomendaciones para cafes y restaurantes y fue el lugar perfecto para unos días de descanso después de un viaje largo. we loved it,it was the studio ,the smallest, but it exceeded our expectations,the value for money was excellent ,it was on the 2nd floor and there were stairs (not suitable for people with reduced mobility)but we go ,fine. The only thing that we lack was a sofa even if it was small to watch TV but we are not essential in general. In general,

My partner and I always stay in apartments and this is the cleanest we have found, so much so that we felt like we were in our own home. Everything is new and in fact, it's bigger than it looks in the photos. In addition, Raquel has been attentive at all times, taking care of the smallest detail and has been very flexible. A more central accommodation is impossible, everything is very clean and communication with Antonio is perfect, he recommended parking to be able to leave the car.

The place is clean, beautiful and owner very responsive. It has a great balcony, too bad we didn’t have much free time to just seat and enjoy the view of the cathedral (in particular lighted at night). The location can’t be better, a couple minutes walk to Plaza Mayor and all other Salamanca attractions; at the same time, if you arrive by car, it’s right in a place were you can reach by car and there is a parking conveniently located across the street (beyond that point, the center of town is pedestrian). The apartment is smallish, which is not a problem if two-three people just use it for sleeping. People should be aware that the toilet next to the sleeping room doesn’t have a door; some people may be taken aback by it.

Cristina is the perfect hostess. Her apartment is exactly as it appears in the listing. The bed is so comfortable, the bathroom is luxurious, the kitchen has everything needed, and the living space is comfortable. Close to everything, but quiet. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Salamanca!

EXTRAORDINARY APARTMENT. New and with all the comforts. Air conditioning in all rooms. Elevator. Large TV. Instant attention. Magnificently equipped kitchen: dishwasher, ovens, washing machine, fridge, microwave and a large ceramic hob.

we had a great time in Andrea's place, cleanliness and everything tastefully arranged, in the historical center, close to restaurants and shops. if we ever come back to Guarda we will definitely look for the same place to stay. thank you

Wendy's apartment is sophisticated, it is decorated with very good taste. We found it impeccably clean. Its location is perfect for staying in Plasencia, a stone's throw from the historic area, as well as having all kinds of shops and restaurants when leaving the apartment. We have been during the May bridge and I only have good words to describe how well we have been. The house is so prepared with necessary things that it looks like you're in your home. Both the apartment and the location are perfect for spending a few quiet days. The area is beautiful and has a lot of things to see nearby. As for the hostess and her father, the two lovely people who were always attentive to anything we needed. The experience has been great, definitely if we return to the area we already know where we will stay!

The house was spectacular, very clean and large, Jose Vicente was available at all times and cared about us and the location is great, 2 minutes from the main square, I would repeat without hesitation.
