House holiday rentals in Robin Hood's Bay

We had a wonderful stay with our 6 month old baby. Ideal location for the beach, just a short walk down the hill. Also only a short walk to the amenities. Very dog friendly. The host was responsive and answered all our questions quickly. Had such a relaxing stay and especially loved the view from the master bedroom. We would love to return. Thank you!

Absolutely loved our stay at Cliff House with Jacquline. Beautiful location, swimming pool was such a bonus for the children, they loved it! The grounds were fantastic, such a lot to explore, our children loved the chickens and climbing frame and the private wood was great for hide and seek. Jacquline was such a great, friendly host and gave us great advice about visiting York. She even arranged an Easter egg hunt for our children. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely Bank Holiday weekend at Salty Kisses with my family. The house was clean, well equipped and in a great location. Joanne was a very good host and emailed all the information I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place to relax with friends. Really enjoyed the terrace and the views. Comfortable beds. A very attractive holiday park estate with a great feel. So close to the beaches and beach cafe. Richard very responsive and helpful. A perfect week.

The place was lovely, a short walk to the lovely beach was the main draw. A good location to explore nearby towns by car. The additional of the on site swimming pool was great. The house the comfortable and great space for the 4 of us. Andree was very friendly and knew if we needed anything we could get in touch. Thanks.

Great location! perfect for beach, dog walks and bus to Scarborough /Filey etc. if not driving. Caravan had everything we needed including dishwasher/air fryer/microwave and plenty of dishes/cups/glasses/ cutlery etc. Kim was a very responsive host. Situated near shop playground and pool it’s in ideal spot on the site. Car can be parked right across from caravan so easy to walk on grass to/from caravan.

Expensive but worth every penny for our 4 generation trip. Rooms for exuberant kids and quiet rooms for 90+ years old great grand parents. Large sociable kitchen diner . Swim spa at 35c so great for the Californian kids.

Had a lovely stay here. Home is well equipped and cosy, a great location with beautiful views. Loved having my morning coffee by the river. The kids are already asking to come back next year.

We have stayed in a lot of Airbnb's and this accommodation was the best by far! It was spotlessly clean and all the fixtures and fittings were very high end. Excellently located to enable touring from Flamborough Head to Staithes and inland to the North York Moors. The view from the property was superb, looking towards the sea and Scarborough Castle and it was very peaceful. Angela and Richard were wonderful hosts and I felt that by the end of our stay we had become good friends. We highly recommend a stay here.

This is a haven of tranquility. Walk through the doors and you feel at home. So beautifully decorated, absolutely perfect in every way. We are keen cooks, love to spend time in the kitchen making meals and enjoying company of friends. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with all you need. Peter is an outstanding host and offers support instantly. We had a slight glitch with the internet (not Peter’s fault!) and he was so helpful and supportive. We love the place. Seriously LOVE! We will be back and look forward to being back!

The Old Watch House is a beautiful property in a stunning location. we spent a wonderful week there and enjoyed every minute. Clare was easy to communicate with, and was very helpful, sending on information that assisted us. The chocolate and fizz was a lovely touch, too. I'd highly recommend a stay here. Beautiful cottage. Great care had been taken with the decor, fittings and appliances and everything was in perfect working order. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. There was a lovely welcome message when we arrived and some delicious ginger biscuits were waiting on the kitchen counter. The cottage is ideally situated with just a two minute walk to the cliff top coastal path and a short drive to the RSPB Reserve at Bempton Cliffs where we achieved our goal of seeing puffins . I am so pleased I chose this particular property

Lovely place, very spacious with everything you need. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful and there are a couple of pubs in walking distance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A great base for walking and exploring the fabulous East Yorkshire coast. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and a genuine home from home. Would certainly stay again.

Visited last weekend. We were welcomed upon arrival and were greeted by both John and Tricia. Parking was safe and secure. Lodge set in a beautiful peaceful location, John gave us a thorough tour and explained in depth about all facilities. The lodge contained everything you could possibly need including a lovely welcome pack and a bottle of Chilled Cava. Hosts were knowledgeable about the area and a pleasure to meet, the visit felt friendly from the start. There are lots of places to visit nearby and it is central to most tourist attractions. John and Tricia couldn’t do enough even offering to come and collect us if we got stranded anywhere on our walk. Visit made even better by the resident miniature horses, dogs and chicken who joined us outside for a glass of cava. Thanks for a really enjoyable stay. Wonderfully located right by the Minster, this apartment was great for our family.

A super cottage in a beautiful , peaceful location overlooking the river. The cottage was comfortable, well equipped and very spacious for 4 adults. Cara was a responsive and helpful host. The location is perfect for getting to Whitby, the NE coast or the North Yorkshire Moors. We walked into Whitby on the beautiful riverside path, accessible and only 35 mins. We happily recommend.

We had a peaceful few days at Liz and Nick’s cottage. It was spotlessly clean and extremely peaceful, being set in the most beautiful surroundings. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch and the home-baked cookies were delicious! Liz’s communication was excellent and she was very accommodating when we needed to change the days of our stay slightly. We would definitely recommend it to others.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay at The Barn. The property was immaculate, beautifully furnished and very well equipped. The garden as well as the house was spacious and both felt very private and tastefully appointed and allowed us a relaxing and comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring this part of North Yorkshire where there is so much to see and do.

Amazing location, easy walk up onto the moors or into Rosedale along the river valley. Beautifully restored and fitted out. Everything tool you could possibly need was provided in the kitchen. Peaceful seating area out the back and we loved seeing the rabbits and hearing the owls.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s cottage in Whitby. It was absolutely perfect for myself, my family, and our dog. The location is ideal — peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk to a lovely local pub and beautiful surroundings to explore. The cottage itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’re already looking at dates to book again — highly recommend!

We had a lovely short break. The cottage is located perfectly for visits to the coast and local towns and villages. The courtyard garden was secure for the dog and lovely to sit in the sunshine. The cottage had everything we needed and Adrian was really helpful. Thank you for having us.

This was a fantastic place to stay for our 3-night break near Whitby and N.Yorks Moors, and we would very happily book again! Just outside Whitby, and only 1 minute away from the efficient park and ride, but with a real feel of being on the edge of the countryside. We had two lovely evening walks from the property beside farm fields where we saw hares, a barn owl, and lots of birdlife in the hedgerows. The only point to note is that the property is very close to the roundabout at the junction of two A roads, which at peak traffic times are BUSY and quite noisy. Inside, the property is well sound-insulated, and even as an dedicated peace and quiet lover it didn't bother me at all, but if you are hoping for total traffic silence, you may want to look elsewhere. However this property is amazing value, and in such an otherwise great location, so well presented and comfortable, and with such a lovely helpful host I would book without hesitation!
