The host's place is very homey, clean, and elegantly styled—simple yet cozy, with a clutter-free vibe that made us feel right at ease. The host was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to find us a parking space, which we truly appreciated. Check-in was smooth, the host guided me through the entire process with ease. Highly recommended!

Have stayed at Richard's condo before. As always, it's a really great place to stay. Highly recommended and I look forward to booking again when I next have to go to Markina.

Had a really nice stay here with my wife, son and our dog. The place was very chill and had a good time celebrating our son's birthday and Christmas. The kitchen was equipped enough and was able to prepare our meals with ease. Edgardo was a really good host and very nice. Had easy communication and got everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place.

Each part of the house was carefully laid. The work space, the card games and the books are great ideas to make the stay more enjoyable. My favourite part is the cozy entertainment area. Overall, it was a great stay and will definitely recommend staying here.

The place is nice and very well maintained. The furnitures are very aesthetic. I really like the weekend bazaar within the area must try that too 😍

Nice place in good location

We had an amazing stay! The property was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The highlight for us was definitely the pool — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It was well-maintained and private, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The host was responsive and gave great local tips. Would definitely stay here again!

Although there became an issue upon check-in, our staycation experience inside this gem was superb! Sir JP made sure we’ll have a comfortable stay by addressing the problem right away. What we loved about this place are the sweet-smelling linens and towels — the unit itself is squeky clean and smells good too! The bunk bed is perfect as well since it can occupy a lot of people who can sleep on it. It is now one of our family’s fave bnb so far therefore we’ll definitely book this place again in the near future! Thank you Sir JP for being a great host! :)

Staying at the Princess Pad was an amazing experience (Massage chair MVP) - I'd like to thank Sir Sonny for his hospitality as he really made sure to communicate with us and the place was nice and clean overall.

I had a very pleasant four days here. My girlfriend and I like it very much. It feels very warm and cozy to live here. And all kinds of facilities nearby are also very complete. The owner Pauline is very friendly and helpful. She kindly agreed to our early check-in. The various layouts of the room and the tableware are also very complete. It is very suitable for couples to stay together. Everything here is great. If I have the opportunity next time, I will choose here again.
