What a pleasure to arrive in such a large, well-equipped, impeccable apartment, close to the city center while being quiet. Small touches that show that the owner is attentive to the well-being of their tenants and very clear information to arrive in the best conditions. Nothing is missing, everything is in perfect condition and the apartment is even bigger than what appears in the photo album. We had a wonderful week and will definitely stay there again. A very beautiful, large and fully equipped one bedroom. Loved the peacefulness and modern touches.. Had everything we needed for a week's stay.. Nice garden with outside dining and seating all for the guests....There's a lovely forrest 5 min walk and shops are very near and walkable.. Caroline is a perfect host.. We enjoyed being surrounded by woods, the superb view from the living room, the comfortable and quiet accommodation, as well as its location. Hosts are very responsive and considerate.

Very welcoming and friendly host! Was attentive to any request and need. Impeccable accommodation, tools, equipment, everything was available and on site. Although we can hear the cars passing mainly in the first bedroom and a little less in the second, for a short stay this is not a problem. I highly recommend this accommodation with its very nice little outdoor garden.

This place is very bright, peaceful & beautiful, tucked away in a quiet one-way street close by to the Place Keym. Guillaume was very helpful & responsive, making sure that everything was going well. I would highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful 4 ½ months in Oud-Heverlee and immediately felt at home. The café operations did not disturb us. Instead, we were able to enjoy the stunning terrace, which we had all to ourselves, especially in the mornings before the café opened at 2 PM. The surrounding nature is impressively beautiful. Many small lakes and great forests criss-crossed by small and large paths invite you to walk and cycle. The old town of Leuven can also be reached by bike in half an hour.

Beautiful place, calm, spacious and done with taste and simplicity. Will be my favourite place in Brussels going forward. Close to shops and transport.

My stay at Sylvie's apartment was exceptional. Moving to a new country is always difficult, and staying at Sylvie’s apartment made my transition so much easier. I instantly felt at home in her apartment. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything I needed and even a selection of spices. The living room was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Sylvie’s warm and genuine hospitality truly made my stay exceptional. She was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and shops. She even shared invaluable insights about Belgian culture, and even recommended some hidden gems that I wouldn't have found otherwise. I think we have a new friend here. I strongly recommend Sylvie's apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Belgium.

Really beautiful and spacious apartment. Kitchen was very well equipped. The only minor issue was that we would have preferred the bed to be a bit higher off the ground, but it was still very comfy and always had a good nights sleep. It's very easy to get into the city centre, and we enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood.

Excellent location in a peaceful area that is still close enough to popular attractions. The apartment was fantastic and comfortable, hope to be able to stay here on future visits!

Really beautiful place! Tastefully decorated, very clean, functional with all comforts. The kitchen and bathrooms are more than equipped. Lots of small touches are present in all rooms to make us feel really at home. Communication with Sarah goes very well, she responds quickly to our messages and tries to satisfy us as best as possible. We recommend ++++ and we will come back.

Our stay at Kosi Penthouse was amazing. The space is beautiful with great amenities. Our daughter loved the views from the hot tub and sauna.

Super nice accommodation! Very clean and tidy. Wonderful sauna. Good location. Flora was very helpful. A point of attention is the shower head that couldn't hang on anything. Furthermore, we enjoyed the apartment with our children.

I had a great stay at Fernando’s apartment! The place is stylish, very clean, and exactly as described. Fernando was a friendly and helpful host, always quick to respond and made check-in easy. The location is also excellent — close to everything but still quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend!
