Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Rivière du Rempart District

We (a family of six) have just returned from 10 nights at Rialto and would highly recommend it. The views and pool area were amazing, as were the hospitality we received from Vimala and Rajen. When we said the kids were thinking of buying fishing rods, Rajen made us 3 home made rods which the children used all holiday and he replaced the hooks regularly when they got caught on rocks. When we said the children hadn’t tried fresh coconut milk, Rajen got his ladder out and cut some down for us so they could try them. The location is perfect and the villa is getting a face lift next month which we would definitely go back to see one day. A superb holiday was had by all.

It is safe with security at the main gate 24/7. Lovely stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. It has everything you need. It is really nicr home away from home. Big thumbs up from my whole family.

We had a wonderful stay at the chalet. Its extremely well located, very secured and very cosy , felt home immediately. The garden , terrace and pool was our favorite place to chill and enjoy ourselves . Irfan is a very responsive , kind ,helpful host. We surely recommend his place to enjoy a peaceful retreat in the center.

We stayed with my parents (four adults and two small children) for three days in La Villetta. Upon arrival (flexible schedule) cold drinks awaited us (appreciable), we discovered a house as described (secure, spacious, clean, with all the essentials for daily life...) at the bottom of a cul-de-sac and quiet. Its lush garden and pool are well-maintained. Danielle is a very friendly person and, although living right next door, knows how to be discreet. At our request, she prepared typical Mauritian dishes, better than at the restaurant and for a reasonable price, which allowed us to discover the local cuisine. Just for that and if you want to get off the beaten path, we recommend La Villetta.

Property in Great location, quiet, close to restaurants 5 mins walk to the closest beach. Mont Choisy beach, 5 min drive away. Gourmet Market has everything you need, conveniently located in the same str. Area is walkable, a 10 min drive to Grand Baie. Stunning , quiet and relaxing space . Units and the outside area are beautifully decorated. You can relax at the pristine clean pool and the relaxing lounge space. Units have everything you will need a Chef available for breakfast or for any meals if you would like to stay in and enjoy the space. Coming to the highlight when you choose this as the place to stay at …..the Host, they were the best, awesome couple. They were friendly and very accommodating and willing to assist us in any way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Felt cared for throughout our stay. Chef, also super awesome, the food was a real treat. It felt like home away from home . Highly recommend you choose Liveasfamily. Will definitely be back to stay

We were initially anxious as this was our first Airbnb, but staying here turned out to be the best decision. The villa felt like a true home away from home — clean, safe, and thoughtfully prepared. Laetitia and her family were warm, prompt, and welcoming. We were greeted with fresh fruits (our son loved them!) and they also hosted us for weekend drinks and conversation, which made our stay feel personal and memorable. The kitchen was so well equipped, we could cook daily meals easily, and thoughtful extras like food wrapping sheets helped us pack snacks for day trips. The villa had multiple layers of security, which gave us peace of mind as parents. It’s also very child-friendly, with plenty of toys and space. The location is great — peaceful, yet close to beaches and attractions like Grand Gaube, where we saw one of the most stunning sunrises. Thank you, Laetitia, for your kindness and hospitality. You made our first Airbnb stay truly special. We hope to host you in India someday!

We stayed in one of Villa Les Manguiers apartments for 1 month. We are a family of 3. We felt comfortable in the apartment. In a central location close to everything in Grand Baie. 2 minute walk from some nice restaurants and very close to the super market. It was a perfect base to explore this beautiful Island. It is a budget accommodation, clean and good value for money. Thanks to our host that we found very helpful with all of our enquiries about the country and his family for a pleasant stay. We will stay here again if we need accommodation in Grand Baie.

My family and myself enjoyed the comfortability of the apartment to the fullest, had the best times there. Building and apartments are very clean and refreshing, well done to the hosts!
