Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This apartment with polished concrete floor is spacious has all the required amenities to make your stay comfortable, with an en suite bathroom. It is situated on the second floor( no lift) in a small condominium of 3 apartments, only a few steps away from the sea & other white sandy beaches close by. Supermarket, gas station, pharmacy & bus stop are at walking distance La Croisette shopping mall & Grand-Baie is only an 8-10 mins drive away.

Tastefully decorated, fully furnished and highly equipped apartment situated in a secured private residence on the famous coastal road at Pereybere (North of the island) and close to all amenities such as restaurants, pubs, supermarket, pharmacy, shopping mall, nautical club. It is only 500 meters from Pereybere public beach, which is one of the best of the island.. Situated at the 2nd floor (Basement + 3) of the residence, this lovely apartment is peaceful. No lift.
