Great house and amenities! Located on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood. Very easy to get to, and only 10mins from Atlantic Ave and the beach! Plenty of parking and space for people to sleep. Well stocked kitchen. All of the rooms are modern and upgraded. Very nice bedrooms and bathrooms. I would 100% stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

The pool was a great relief in the hot weather we experienced during our stay. My grandson loved it and my daughter loved the quiet backyard I loved the seating in the pool area and the overall cleanliness of the entire property. Saana should be proud of her efforts at keeping such a standard of a welcoming space.

First time in West Palm Beach and if we ever go back, we will 100% stay at this house again! It is a perfect location, easy drive to the beach and there’s public beach parking everywhere. It’s close to the PBI airport and a lot of wonderful restaurants and shopping. The house itself has everything you could possibly want or imagine plus more. You can tell every room and every inch of the space was well thought out with great love and care. We never wanted to leave the backyard oasis and swam in the pool daily as well as grilled out in the backyard while watching movies under the tiki hut. Plenty of toilet paper and cleaning products and garbage bags… Really just everything you could possibly need for a few days. Do not hesitate, if you want a little bit of history, this house is 100 years old in the historic district and an absolute gem of a House and Host. You won’t find anything better! Our favorite Airbnb rental over the last 10 years.

Safe neighborhood for this private spot, near the beach, restaurants and shops. The exterior is a private oasis, with a green, quiet, peaceful vibe. Stay in and grill or return to a cool spot after exploring up and down the coast.

We loved staying here! Was a perfect location close to my sister’s house and very spacious and fun! My nieces and nephew could come over to swim and stay over one night as we had the extra space, they already asked us to stay at this air bnb next time we come to visit :).

I personally own 2 Log cabin airbnbs in North Carolina so I know what to expect as a guest and host. I am embarrassed to say, Clint made me feel like I need to up my game as a host. The house was perfect! I don't mean in the sense it was nice and clean. I mean PERFECT. They did not neglect a thing and were proactive like I have never seen before. Just a few examples; we needed beach chairs for the beach. He had 5 like new (not the cheap ones) beach chairs/chase and umbrellas. When I asked if he had 2 more (we were 7 people) he brought two more and two more umbellas within 30 mins. Another example, I forgot to get coffee. He had grinds, splenda and cream. Again, not someone else's leftovers, it was intentional. The pool was perfect temp and the yard is private. The house has everyting you would want and need on vacation and it was very nicely decorated without over doing the Kitchy or cheap stuff owners often throw into a rental. Basically, this is the best airbnb I have ever stayed in.

Great house with plenty of room. Beach was across the street with beach access as well. Took about three minutes to get to the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our group of five.

10 of us stayed at this house for a long weekend in West Palm Beach. Private property with plenty of space especially outdoors with the pool / jacuzzi. Great location with proximity to airport and easy uber rides to downtown. Upon arrival the house was very clean, freezer had bags of ice which was a nice touch and the host was responsive and clear with check in / check out communication. If you are looking for a private property with plenty of space I highly recommend this stay. It was perfect a long weekend getaway with plenty of beds for each guest which can be difficult to find.

This place was awesome!!! The pool was clean and was so nice to be able to use!!! The beds are super comfy felt like I was at home. We went for staycation for the weekend and will do again. Looking forward to our next one!!!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was spotless, was beautifully decorated, completely renovated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.. The outdoor space was clean and peaceful. Absolutely love the hammock and the pool was wonderful. They thought of everything for an outdoor space. Loved the huge basket with plenty of beach towels for the outside. Danny was very thoughtful to let us know in advance if he could go by the house. They were putting in brand new dining room chairs. The kitchen was extremely organized with labels for everything. He was also very responsive with our feedback to replace some kitchen utensils, and pots that had seen their expiry date. It made cooking a little difficult, but we plowed through. Highly recommended!

The home was great. Spacious master with an amazing bath. Washer and dryer for those longer stays. Very nice kitchen with open concept dining and living. Two additional bedroom spaces for those large groups and a huge backyard with a beautiful pool and oversized jacuzzi. What a great find

We had a great week in Marina’s home. We traveled from St Louis, MO to catch a couple Cardinals spring training games and to enjoy the warmer weather for spring break. The home was perfect for our two families, it was very clean all around with plenty of space, beds, seating, plates/cups/silverware, linens, etc. The location was very quiet and relaxing. The big yard with the screened in porch was great for playing catch and just hanging out. There were leaves/debris in the pool when we first arrived, likely from a recent storm. We let Marina know and she promptly had someone out to clean it earlier in the week than planned, which was super nice and appreciated. The kids loved swimming in the pool. In addition to the games we saw, we enjoyed spending time at Jupiter Beach and Peanut Island. I would happily stay in Marina’s home again and would recommend it to other families looking for a little rest and relaxation while still being relatively close to the beach.
