Local shops with takeaways, chemist, restaurant within 10 minutes walk. Truck Museum 4 minutes drive and Motorcycle Mecca around 8 minutes drive. Queens Park, a paradise of cool climate gardens & walkways, is nearby. Bluff is only a 20 minute drive away. 1 1/2 -2 hours drive from Queenstown, Te Anau, Central Otago.

There are two living areas with an open hallway leading onto a large decking area. The main bedroom captures the seaviews while the two other double bedrooms are bright and light. Warmth is guaranteed with double-glazed windows, good insulation, woodburner and two heat-pumps. There is also underfloor heating in some areas. Welcome to our home by the sea.

Muritai Crib

This is a classic kiwi crib with a spectacular outlook of the sea. It is not uncommon to view dolphins swimming by. The crib is 25 metres (across the road) from the beach. Walking, biking, swimming, surfing, and kayaking are popular activities. Spacious living area plus a covered patio for evening dining with a Weber BBQ capturing west sun plus a covered veranda to the east for morning sun and sea views make the crib an ideal holiday place. 4 bedrooms with 7 beds make up the sleeping spaces.
