I booked La Petite Retreat for a mellow girls trip in Joshua Tree. The home was absolutely gorgeous and very clean! It had everything we could need amenities wise. The beds and linens were very cozy. We spent most of our time in the backyard, enjoying the sparkling clean pool, barbecuing, sunbathing in the desert sun and stargazing at night. The space is very private and never saw any neighbors the whole time. The main area of town where there is food, grocery stores, a farmers market, vintage stores, etc. are all about 10-15 min away. The host gives great recommendations and is very communicative. You can tell they take a lot of pride and care into this home. I would absolutely stay here again. 10/10.

A truly wonderful and serene escape! This Airbnb was incredibly peaceful and tranquil, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. We loved every moment, appreciated the hosts responsiveness, and would certainly book again!

My children and I had a fabulous stay. There were some minor hiccups with the pool/spa but other than that (and the flies lol) it was great! The prompt responses and quick solutions were great and the hosts were always friendly! The pool area is stunning at night and the kids loved the game room! Would absolutely stay here again as we didn’t even want to check out at the end of the trip.

We had such a great time staying here! The place was super family- and pet-friendly, which made everything so easy. The pool was awesome, and there were plenty of fun outdoor things to do. My girlfriend and I have stayed here twice together. It's a great place to go to escape the city and reconnect with nature. There's 12 acres, so you have plenty of space, with things like a private trail, a hot tub, and a fire pit. Inside, there's a fireplace, record player, an extensive record collection, and everything you might want or need in the kitchen. Adam was great and very accommodating. We will be back!

I was in town for a family emergency and KCs place was just 3 short minutes from my destination. The beds were comfy, it was quiet, clean and for my needs was perfect. It was so perfect I extended my stay a couple nights! Thank you.

Fernando's place was super clean and cozy, especially for a short getaway! The stay was extremely close to town yet far away from the hustle and bustle. I loved how clean the whole Airbnb was and the bed was so comfy!! The water got warm and the heaters were perfect for the cold nights. Thank you for letting us stay! We'll be back :)

Karen is a great host and the listing was wonderful! My boyfriend and I stayed here with our dog and found it to be so peaceful! The outdoor amenities were great for hanging out and the Airbnb itself was more than enough space! We were very comfortable here and would recommend this to anyone visiting the area!

The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. SAFE, CLEAN, Quiet & SLEEPS GREAT. As a solo female traveler, safety is my first concern. I was between work conferences, and Nathalie's casita was the perfect affordable place to stay near Palm Springs. It is SO CLEAN and well stocked. The linens and bedding are high quality, and the bed is fantastic. The extra touches made me feel like I was staying with friends (without the obligation of speaking to anyone!) I did not use the pool but enjoyed reading a book poolside. I walked in the neighborhood for exercise and to the local Juice Bar and grocery store. There are a few restaurant options within walking distance, and I always felt safe. It's a short Uber to downtown Palm Springs and the Tram (buy tickets in advance; it fills up!) My favorite things were the oversized tile shower with rainfall shower, the comfy bed, linens, and towels. Equal or better than Marriott. The entry and exit instructions and Nathalie's good communication are excellent. This is a place to return to again.

Weekend trip with the family up to idyllwild in pursuit of fresh air and quality time. Despite the abundance of local activities, we really just wanted a laid back weekend together. The rooms were very clean and inviting, the kitchen was spotless and functional, the deck had amenities all in great condition. The hot tub was what sealed the deal. We’ve had many hot tubs that were low in water, cloudy or just not functioning. This one was just right. It was a short stay but we were very comfortable in our stay. Our host was responsive, friendly and gave detailed instructions for everything we needed to know. Thanks for hosting us!

My wife and I wanted a quick get-away where we can soak in a tub and indulge while taking in some peaceful scenery, and this was exactly what we were looking for. Check in was quick and easy and just as the instructions described. Getting into the unit was easy as well and the double sliding doors was absolutely amazing to have for the view. Pots, pans and mostly everything you’d need to run a kitchen is available. Macayla and Jon provided local coffee and wine along with a list of local restaurants, great surprise that we weren’t expecting but follows the theme of the unit as well. Great attention to detail and has everything you need. Perfect stay for us with nothing but positive things to say. My wife and I discussed it and we’ll absolutely be back. 10/10

The place was exactly how it was shown in the pictures, we loved the quietness and also proximity to the main center. The spa was really nice and the house was so thoughtfully designed and maintained. Would totally visit again.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Wavy Pines cabin. We were so happy to find a pet-friendly home that we could bring our whippet to share the fun with. Our dog had a blast going up and down the stairs and exploring all the smells outside and experiencing his first snow! The neighborhood was so serene and quiet, we felt so relaxed and it was an easy, short walk to a national forest trail that our dog also enjoyed very much. The town is only a few mins drive away which had restaurants and grocery stores so we were short of nothing during our stay. We look forward to staying again during our next trip to Idyllwild someday!

Loved my stay here!!! It was my second stay there, so that should say a lot. Loved waking up and enjoying coffee in the morning outside and then spending the afternoons and the evenings enjoying the peace and quiet out there. And definitely enjoyed all of the amenities.
