Holiday rentals with beach access in Riverside County

Loved the LOCATION - right in the heart of Avenida Del Mar and its shops, coffeehouses and restaurants. There was even a Farmers Market on my Sunday morning. And the STYLE you see in the listing definitely comes through. Simple decor, very spacious by “studio” standards - that includes the bathroom, which has two sinks. Michael was extremely RESPONSIVE to a couple small items, which I appreciated so much. Finally - the PARKING on the back side of the building is a major bonus, as the main street tends to be crowded on weekends. I highly recommend!

Edmund was such a great host, he responded super fast and always made sure I had everything I needed! The rooftop views were gorgeous, 10/10 had a perfect stay!

Melinda and Rob are non-intrusive yet attentive hosts and are delightful people and extremely helpful and welcoming. Their place was immaculate and cozy and had thoughtful touches throughout. Kitchen was well appointed. Outdoor areas were comfortable. The home does have a step down into the laundry area and a step up to the main bedroom (if it matters). For us it was not an issue. We would definitely stay here again!

this is our second time here - this time i rented it for my mom and elderly grandparents. it was perfect, they each had their own room and space and we were able to come together as a family on the outdoor patio, etc. we love the location and overall ease and will be back!

Good location to stay for stagecoach festival if you have the shuttle pass, about 10-15 min drive to convention center for the shuttle

Dee's place for me was like a tropical island. Salt water pool with a waterfall and jacuzzi created an environment of peace and relaxation that my body was in desperate need of. Cozy bedroom. Bathroom stocked with so many luxury items. Refrigerator stocked with water, complimentary Champagne and more. Ample coffee to get myself wired off of. With all of this said Dee was the biggest asset to my stay. She wasn't invisible. She felt more like a best friend than a host. I lacked nothing! Dee was always available and catered to any need I had. I can't say enough about Dee. She is in my opinion, the best host I have ever encountered! So patient, so giving, and she went above and beyond her role as a host. She is a Superior host and could teach a thing or two to other hosts. I will definitely be coming back and to all future guests, I know she will treat you like family and then some. Thank you for Blessing me Dee with your generosity, grace and care. 💜💜💜

Diane was an ideal host. Great communicator and very responsive. The place was located close to the beach and walkable to restaurants in town. The second floor ocean view spotless place was spacious with plenty of natural light and privacy.

We had such a great stay here! I stayed here with 4 other co-workers and it was exactly what we needed! We stayed here for a work trip for Coachella music festival and it was one of the only houses that had all King beds! The rooms were plenty spacious and nicely decorated and the beds were super comfortable. Our host was super responsive to adding people to entry and answering all of our questions. It took less than 20 mins to get to the Coachella grounds (minus regular festival traffic) and the neighborhood was very quiet. Would not hesitate to rent this air bnb again!

This was an awesome stay 10/10! The host was very accessible and helped us out with any questions so promptly! The home was well stocked with many thoughtful things (air fryer, great appliances, shampoos, coffee pods, playpen, bbq, bikes, cornhole, welcome snacks, etc….). The house was very clean, spacious and felt like a home away from home. The backyard felt like a tropical retreat overlooking the well kept greenery! Access to the pickleball courts/gym was very enjoyed too! Thank you for an amazing family getaway!

Had the best time at Aaron’s place!! The backyard is dreamy, loved sitting and hearing the waves crash in the backyard. The view is gorgeous, it was so hard to leave!! Aaron was responsive and helpful, highly recommend Aaron’s place!

We decided to book this Airbnb for a family holiday for the second time. It was an excellent experience. The apartment has everything that you need for a comfortable stay longer than a week. Kate was an excellent, very friendly and proactive host.

Sheryl and her home were just outstanding! This was my first time being in an Air B&B and to say I was impressed is an understatement. She was not only clear in all of the instructions with check-in and check-out, but was also responsive and friendly to my boyfriend and I. We would gladly stay again.

I had a great time here! Suite Spaces sent clear instructions for how to check in. Price, location, ammenities were all exactly as advertised. Smooth and easy. Great access to the beach, nice pool and hot tub, and a beautiful view! I would stay here again.

This apartment was perfect. Beautiful, very clean, and bigger than I thought it would be from the pictures. I felt safe with the door code access to the gate as well as the elevator and was perfect to walk to coffee as well as my wedding at Ole Hanson.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Marina's place and found the facilities were as described or exceeded expectations. The kitchen, bathroom and living area were comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi area was first class and easy to access whilst the balcony area benefitted from sunshine in late afternoon and early evening. Whilst the apartment is not in central San Clemente, access to main shops and beach were only ten minutes by car or taxi. During our stay of four weeks, there were a couple of minor issues which were quickly resolved by Holly who also provided us with some good local knowledge. Would certainly return in the future.

Everything was wonderful. Sheryl was extremely helpful and accommodating. The space was updated, clean and fully stocked with everything imaginable. Located across the street from a ramp accessible to the beach was ideal. We will definitely be coming back.
