The home was beautiful and fully stocked with everything you would need. We honestly felt like we lived there. All of the amenities were plentiful. We did not want for anything while we were there.

We had a wonderful stay in Ceres! The home was incredibly clean, cozy, and welcoming—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, which made meals easy and enjoyable. Lorena communicated promptly and helpfully when a spa issue came up, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience—would definitely stay again!

Extremely nice house! It was exactly as listed and Brandon was very responsive and flexible. Spotless everywhere in the house when we arrived and the AC worked great!

At Penelope, you have the choice between whirlpool and pool. You can also use the fireplaces. In addition, three different grillers are available. Really pleasant location, nice and quiet to relax after a long working day. If you have any questions, you can always contact Penelope.

This house is just as cute as in the photos. I really liked having the private gate code for the front of the house- it felt very safe since the home is right on a busy street. The decor is thoughtful and adorable, there is everything you would think you would need in the home for a very quiet, easy, and peaceful stay.

this was my first time renting an Airbnb. I just want to say tha I really loved this place. it made me feel like home. I wish I could of enjoyed it more. we were up and down due to a family 15th birthday. Sergio is really friendly and he responds really quick. Jessica was very responsive during our stay. Very helpful with a few problems we had run into that were super easy fixes. She was also super accommodating, understanding and sweet. The space was perfect and homey, all furniture was comfortable. Next trip I will definitely be looking out for this place for another stay.

Jacilyn's place is a darling home in the heart of Modesto! It is located in an established, clean and safe tree-lined neighborhood. The interior has adorable charm throughout. The interior is pristine and well stocked with amenities. I would highly recommend her place!

Stayed here for my current contract as a travel nurse. Wonderful amenities, especially having room for my pup in the backyard and nearby parks. Friendly neighborhood. It was very convenient for me since I was less than 10 minutes from work. Would definitely stay again!

Cute and intimate stay in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by beautiful large homes an trees. Close to MJC and Neighborhood Walmart. livingroom lights flickered but when I suggested he bring a lamp, Ezra jumped on it and bought a lamp and more paper and shampoo etc..The bathroom was very clean, even the tike floor grout was clean, linen smelled clean. Couch was a bit dirty but I just covered it. There is a tenant on-site, the property is a duplex, but they were not a bother just smokers. The beds were super comfy and my family slept very well. They even had basic Disney channels which was a plus for my kid and the bean bag chair. Will be coming back for how picked-up it was and how quick Ezra was present to resolve any issue. Thank you Ezra!

Stayed with my family to attend a wedding in Manteca and this was a great spot. Best stocked Airbnb we've ever been to, it had loads of amenities, very easy to go to, and had a great stay.

The location was perfect—just a short drive from my home and only 5 minutes away from stores and restaurants, making it super convenient for our group. The home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Aranzu was an exceptional host, responsive, and thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed. This is a nice house in a quiet location. The interior is comfortable and well-appointed. It felt like staying in a well cared for home. Excellent communication from Karle as well. This house is perfect for a family or couple. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

We were in need of temporary housing due to a flood in our home in LA, so we decided to head to Ripon for the holidays to be near family. Randi’s place was perfect for our needs and exceeded all of our expectations. Everything was meticulously maintained and clean. All of the furniture and linens were very high quality and comfortable. The house smelled and looked brand new on the inside and out. Randi was a great host and checking in and out was easy. My kids appreciated that there was a toy box with toys, books, and games in the “kid room.” The home was very spacious and the neighborhood was quiet and serene, with a cute coffee shop and a few restaurants across the street for our convenience. I’d give ten stars if I could. We loved our visit and will absolutely come back the next time we visit family in Ripon!
