A perfect place to stay in Tbilisi, great location, very comfortable and beautiful apartment. Amazing view that captures the most beautiful parts of the city. The host was always helpful and responsive.

Super easy to find, so near the Main Street of restaurants and places to visit. Dry bridge just minutes away. Everything in walking distance. And the apartment was clean, comfy and warm. Would definitely stay again.

Beka is one of the best hosts we have ever met. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned, and Beka was very understanding and accommodating. The apartment is excellent, with a modern and stylish renovation. It is bright, warm, and has great water pressure. There is a dishwasher, and all appliances work perfectly. Plenty of bed linens and towels are provided. The soundproofing is perfect – we couldn’t hear the neighbors at all. There is also a large balcony. We stayed in several apartments in Tbilisi, and this one is probably the best! :)

This apartment was absolutely wonderful — by far the best place I’ve stayed in Tbilisi. It looks exactly like the photos, but with some lovely surprises: a great coffee machine and extra furniture on the balcony, which made my breakfasts on the veranda especially enjoyable. The whole stay was incredibly cozy. Beautiful views, peaceful surroundings, and a great sense of style. I truly felt at home here and will definitely stay again. Masha is a wonderful host — always available and ready to help whenever I needed anything. Regular cleaning was a big plus, and although the location is a bit farther from the city center, the calm and quiet of the neighborhood more than made up for it. I’ll remember this apartment with warmth! Thank you!

Very nice apartment and super responsive/helpful host

Since I arrived at the airport at dawn, it was difficult because I didn't have a place to stay until the check-in time, but I was willing to check in early, and it was the same accommodation as the photos. It was so comfortable, comfortable, and nice. It is a wonderful space with all the amenities. In addition, the owners live upstairs, so they respond right away to urgent situations. This is the best place to stay in Georgia!!!

i liked it very much the apartment was very nice , clean stylish and comfortable , very new , the details was so satisfying. the host was incredibly welcoming and provided helpful instructions , she was very responding. overall it was a fantastic experience for us.

There is even a quaint Italian yard off of the fully equipped kitchen It is clear that Eka genuinely wants her guests to enjoy their stay and responds quickly to any requests or questions Great place to book and visit!

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place and I must say, it has truly exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights is the beautiful garden, full of greenery and peaceful corners. It's a perfect spot to unwind with nature all around, and the presence of friendly cats wandering around adds a comforting charm. Another great feature is the excellent location — close enough to everything you need, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cozy atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. If you’re looking for peace, comfort, and a great environment to recharge, this place is a perfect choice.

3 of us stayed for a longer stay whilst studying and it suited us really well. Good location, accessible yet the dead end gave a sense of privacy. Lovely host who was always quick to respond (also the stray cats are extremely sweet)💞

Nino and His Wife are a nice host and very accommodating. The house is the same as in the photos, the price is very affordable. the central points can be reached by metro in terms of location. ( marjenishvilli) you can easily meet your needs with local grocery stores such as pastries and outlet clothing stores, spar. The house shares the same garden with a few small houses overlooking a courtyard, the house is a great comfort in the fact that there are mosquito nets on the windows, everything was as it should be, we were satisfied. We felt like we were at home, we will prefer it when we come back to Tiflis. Cheers💕✨

A lovely little apartment for staying in Tbilisi. It's clean and has everything you need. Very close to many shops and restaurants. The host family is so kind and welcoming! I really enjoyed my stay there.

It felt like home, maybe a bit dark in the living room, but all the rest and the garden was lovely. Very local authentic experience.

If you’re tired of the hustle and bustle of the city but don’t want to leave Tbilisi — this is the place for you. A very cozy house with a beautiful garden. The house has everything you might need, even a swing and a hammock in the yard. It feels less like a rental and more like visiting close friends. Nunu is a responsive and caring host. We loved everything! We’d gladly come back again! P.S. The photos of the house don’t do it justice — it’s much better in real life!

Amazing views along with a beautiful home on the inside.

We stayed here for 6 months or so. It was our home in that time and we will always have wonderful memories there. The neighbourhood is full of great restaurants, and it is a short walk to Rustaveli. Great bus access. Our hosts were generous and kind. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Great wifi. You will enjoy staying here very much :) Everything was wonderful for us

This place is located in the heart of the city, and surprisingly quiet; considering its location. Almost everything you need is at a walkable distance. There’s a shopping mall nearby, as well as smaller shopping centers, and stores. There are so many restaurants, and bars in the area, and it is very safe. It offers amenities required for both long and short stays. The host is very responsive, and helpful. I would definitely love to book a stay in Saba’s property again. Also, I would definitely recommend Saba’s place to anyone who wants to experience the beauty of Tbilisi.

Everything was very nice. The house was as seen in the photos and comfortable. The location of the house is also in a nice quiet place. The beds were very comfortable, and she responded in a friendly way in a very short time to satisfy my curiosity about the 😂 smallest of things to sleep in that bed. And a very humorous host.
