We stayed with a large group for a wedding. the house and garden accommodated us all well. There were plenty of things in the kitchen so we could cook for a large group. There was a 24 hour restaurant and supermarket within 50 meters. Rustaveli metro station was about 15 minutes walk downhill. Lena was responsive to messages, and sent clear instructions prior to check in. 100% recommend.

This home was perfect for my six week stay. The bedroom, kitchen and living area were the perfect size and the rooftop was a bonus. The views and the outdoor space were gorgeous and added much joy to my stay. Tamar was the ideal host, always friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend this as a home for your stay in Tbilisi.

The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

The apartment is lovely, in a great location, and has everything you could possibly need. The terrace is beautiful and has incredible views of the city. Barbara is a great host, very friendly and provides all the information you will need for an easy check-in/check-out. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others taking a trip to Tbilisi. We would definitely book with Barbara again when returning to Georgia. Thank you!

Beautiful interiors and very comfortable space. Only drawback is the noise from the traffic which makes use of balcony slightly marred. But the noise cannot be harmed with windows closed. Great hosts

Каартира расположена в старом доме, на 4 этаже. За счет мощных деревьев, растущих вдоль улицы, ощущение что ты находишься в лесу. Это район Вере, где много приятных кафешек и ресторанов. Если нужен старый город, то лучше снять поближе к нему. Но меня старый город не прельстил, там шумно и нет зелени. Хороший матрас и подушки. Классно, что мансардные окна открываются. Думаю летом там наверху может быть жарко, но есть кондиционер. Мы не включали. На четвертый этаж подъем по довольно крутой лестнице.

I really loved this place. The location is good, everything is near and within walking distance. it's clean and organised, had all the amenities I need. The hosts are wonderful and friendly and very helpful. I urge everyone to try it. And I will definitely come back again.

Lela's Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und sehr liebevoll gestaltet - wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Supermarkt und nette Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso tolle Museen in Laufweite. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, vielen Dank für die Möglichkeit dort ein paar Tage zu verbringen!

We spent 4 weeks in Eka’s apartment and loved it. It's in a super convenient area, close to the Metro, with lots of supermarkets nearby There's a Carrefour and gym 2 min away, but our favorite supermarket was Agrohub, about 8 min walk. Saburtalo is a lively area with lots of foreigners, cafés, offices, and shops. Most people speak English, and signs are in both Georgian and English. The apartment is full of natural light and more spacious than the photos suggest. The balcony is great, though we didn’t use it much. Tbilisi can be noisy, but the windows insulate sound really well. You can barely hear a thing when they’re closed. The Roomba robot vacuum was handy for keeping things clean. Wi-Fi was strong and stable, I had no issues with video calls. For anyone working remotely, the dining table and chair are very comfortable for long hours. We met Eka’s husband before checking out, and he was super friendly. Big thanks to Eka! We’d definitely recommend staying here.

Прожили две недели. Отличная квартира, уютная и светлая. До прекрасной прогулочной части проспекта Ильи Чавчавадзе 3-5 мин. Скорее всего ещё тут остановимся при следующей поездке в Тбилиси.

The apartment is in a lovely neighborhood, where you can find everything you need. It's also close to the metro, so it's easy to get around. It's located just far enough from the main road to not hear any traffic. Everything I needed was there where I'd expect it to be, everything was clean. There is an entrance on the second floor too, which is right across a bakery/restaurant, with delicious food. There's also a small park for kids 50 meters from there. The balcony is right above the building in front, so the view is not obstructed. Nato was very accomodating and friendly. A small issue with the AC was fixed within an hour of writing, and any questions I had were answered almost immediately. I wholeheartedly recommend the apartment 🧡

Die Wohnung ist einen wirklich guten Zustand. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage ist super. Guter Standort, das Zentrum ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Natur auch nicht weit entfernt. Würde mich wieder für Tamar‘s Air BnB entscheiden! Vielen dank

The Heavenly View apartment truly lives up to its name. We were pleasantly surprised to find it in pristine condition upon arrival—clean, organized, and with everything easy to find and use. The kitchen was well-stocked, much more equipped than we expected, which made our stay even better. The extras were a fantastic bonus. We arrived late in the evening but had no trouble locating the place thanks to the super clear instructions. David, the host, was wonderful—always responsive, attentive, and quick to help from day one. His warmth made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself is beautiful, offering stunning sunrises and sunsets every day. It is bright, spacious, and allowed us all to feel comfortable. The furniture and bedding exceeded our expectations. Overall, this is truly a gem and an ideal place to stay in Tbilisi.

I've been to a lot airbnb's but this was definitely the best airbnb experience ever. The space is even better than in the pictures , very clean and you will find everything you need in it. Tamta is very assisting to help with everything which makes you feel very safe. During my stay there was a lot of rain, I felt very cozy at home watching Netflix with a wine from the couch!

Mziko’s place is beautiful and she was very helpful and quick to respond to all our queries. She sent us very clear instructions with pictures which made the check in process seamless. Further, the place is right next to a fabulous restaurant too. Waking up and having our first cup of coffee in the terrace overlooking the cobbled street felt like something out of a dream. Highly recommend this place!

In my opinion … if you like what you see .. it is what you get. Easy to communicate with Megi. Has a sense of humour too! Her son Gorgi takes care of most of the immediate business, checking in and out. Always responsive to your needs.
