A great venue for a family get together. Lots of activities for young and older kids! A well equipped kitchen made food preparation easy. We all had a good time

Carthorse Barn is just simply stunning ! So spacious and beautifully decorated, we felt right at home . The day we arrived weather was not the greatest so having a wood stove was blissful. The cottage is very spacious and has everything needed for a comfortable stay , kitchen is fully equipped, downstairs toilet a welcomed bonus. Upstairs both bedrooms are immaculate, spacious and have very comfy beds . I loved the window bench in the kids bedroom, such a wonderful nook to relax. The main bedroom has the biggest and comfiest bed I have ever seen , such a beautiful wooden headboard too. I loved the free standing bath. The farm is also lovely and we enjoyed going to see the pigs and walking round the lakes.

A well equipped, high spec. and spacious property in an exquisite location with fantastic views and accessible walks just outside the back gate. The opportunity to wander in the beautiful gardens next door and enjoy seeing the farm animals was greatly appreciated. A welcoming host who provided a wealth of local information and suggestions.

We had a great weekend staying at Andy & Anne’s lakeside lodge. The accommodation was stylist, spotless, comfortable & homely & had everything we needed. As the weather was so amazing we sat out most of the time, overlooking the beautiful lakeside views. I would certainly recommend a stay here.

We had the most relaxing weekend in Will and Amanda’s home. We took our paddle boards and used them on the lake directly outside. It was perfect in every way. We will definitely be back, Thankyou😊

Only a one night stay but was a very peaceful and cosy night. Everything was immaculate when we arrived. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The grounds on which we stayed were gorgeous and very nice to walk around. Would definitely stay again.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable — perfect for both relaxing and getting a bit of work done. Really cosy, comfortable lovely barn, set amongst picturesque lakes and commutable to lots of gorgeous towns.

Lovely stay at Willow Warbler. The estate is beautiful & maintained to a high standard. Very peaceful. The apartment had everything we needed including extra touches like milk, travel cot, washing machine & dishwasher tablets, plenty of cooking equipment, tea bags, oil for cooking etc. There is a nice restaurant & pool on site. We didn’t use the gym as the opening hours weren’t early enough (10-5 so we were out for the day). We travelled with a 9 month old but there looked to be lots of things for older children such as soft play, water sports & play ground. Lots of bird watching to be done. Jane was very good at communicating with us & checking everything was ok. We used the apartment as a base to go out for the day such as to Oxford & Bourton but the apartment is very comfortable if you prefer chilling. Would recommend if you are looking for a quiet relaxed break.

A very pleasant and private apartment, set in some beautiful, peaceful and tranquil grounds. I was lucky enough to be there over a couple of sunny and warm days in June which made pottering around the gardens even more enjoyable. Oh, forgot to mention the homemade jams and cakes...

Amazing stay, so peaceful and lovely. Location is great, secluded but close enough to drive to takeaway spots or Tesco. Not too far from the Brecon Beacons where we travelled to for the four falls trail. Would visit again, thank you :)

WOW!!!! Would highly recommend to anyone. And we will 100% return… Such a beautiful cottage with beautiful views. John was super helpful and we couldn’t ask for more from a host. Everything was perfect. We felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. And we found the neighbours very friendly also. Really looking forward to returning in the near future. We had a wonderful stay, we only wish we'd booked for longer. The cottage was beautiful, exceptionally clean, spacious and had everything that we needed and the Aga was wonderful. It was quiet, peaceful and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Victoria provided us with all the information we needed for the cottage and the local area and was available if we needed to make contact. We will definitely be returning soon. Thank you for a wonderful break to celebrate our 20 Year wedding anniversary.

Quintessential Welesh countryside home. Ideal spot to commute around Wales. Would thoroughly recommend for medium sized groups. Lots to explore around here home as well + convenient BBQing

Wow! What a fabulous, totally relaxing weekend in the most beautiful and peaceful surroundings. We (and our 2 miniature Dachshund) just loved that as soon as you stepped of the front door, there was so much garden, woods, lake and fields to explore. And don't forget the peacocks, Roger and Kevin, adding that magical touch passing right by the front of the cottage. Jean was so lovely too. We absolutely would love to return xx

Great place to stay, as gave us the option to visit lot of other places easily . It was very quiet and relatively close to a lot of sight seeing destinations

We had a lovely stay at Wood Cottage. The location is great for getting around and seeing the sites. The lakes and woodland are just stunning. The house is gorgeous and it has everything you need. Facilities excellent and we loved the hot tub overlooking the lake. Robes were a lovely touch too! Had a fantastic trip ☺️

We had a very relaxing two night stay - Woody Nook is very well equipped very clean and tidy really spacious for the two of us - Really liked the layout of the cottage - Andrea was very quick to respond to our message and very helpful - Great place to stay lots to see in the area and lovely walks
