Queen size bed with crisp linens, a kitchen with basic necessities for cooking/eating, full bath. Hardwood floors, guest controls heat/air condition. This space is located on the 2nd floor of a historic bldg so it may not be compatible for mobility challenged folks as it has a large carpeted stairway. It is meticulously cleaned after each guest. Tucked at the back of a long driveway, you'll enjoy the blackout shades and peaceful quiet location. Everything has been renovated and furnshings are completely new! Blocks from entertainment, restaurants, malls, and 4 hospitals are minutes away. A designated work space comes furnished with a printer and supplies and a washer/dryer are also provided.

We had the most incredible stay at this property! David and Kathy are truly exceptional hosts. So thoughtful, kind, and accommodating from start to finish. The property itself is stunning and packed with fun. There’s no need to leave once you arrive. We swam, fished, paddle-boated, lounged on the dock, and ended our evenings making s’mores by the fire (with all the fixings already provided!). The apartment was spotless and fully stocked with everything we could’ve needed, games, snacks, kitchen essentials, and more. The attention to detail was next level. And to top it off, David surprised us with the sweetest goodbye gift bag filled with snacks, a thank-you card, and even treats for our dog. I could write pages about how amazing our time was, but honestly, this is one of those places you just have to experience for yourself. Thank you, David and Kathy, for creating such a magical getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

This studio is located on top of the garage of another occupied home that is by the water. The landscaping of the home below is beautiful and well kept! You can view the water from the back yard of the occupied home or take a very short walk to Luna Pier, which we did every day. The appliances in the studio are nice, and the place was clean. Thank you!

I would highly recommend anyone to stay there for the price in the comfortability just to be able to walk around the neighborhood and feel like you’re at home is actually amazing. The house is literally in walking distance of a lot of stuff and it is a really beautiful place. Plenty of room just wanted to say thanks to Nisae for allowing us to stay. We enjoyed your beautiful house and if we ever decide to come back up to Monroe. And your house is available we would love to be able to Airbnb your house again and thanks again, Nisae we had a wonderful time and the kids really love it.
