We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. When people say "hidden jem" this is what they mean. Photos really don't do this beautiful annex justice. And Sue is a fantastic host. Very picturesque and peaceful too, though be mindful of the Abbey bells which can start early morning (Sunday).

Had a lovely stay at the Lodge. It was very clean and comfortable. Commuication from the owner was excellent. It is in a very peaceful location and has 2 pubs within walking distance. It is also within a short driving distance of so many varied places to visit or walk. We went to Bosham, Wealdon Downland museum, Fishbourne Roman palace, and the nature reserve at Kingley Vale and will be back again to do more. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

This property was tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished, and include a 6ft double bed, a good shower, and a quiet courtyard garden area. It is close to Lymington High Street (a 5 minute walk), and there are lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants within a 15 minute walk. A great base. Helen was very responsive and helpful. There is parking a few minutes walk away and a supermarket nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.

Had a lovely three night stay in Acorn hut. Spacious and very private outdoor space with a hot tub for relaxing. Bathroom facilities were clean and shower was great. The hut itself was cosy with everything you need for a few nights away. Big enough for my partner and I as well as our large greyhound. The host was lovely and helpful with advice about places to go and the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend a stay here for anyone looking for a peaceful spot.

Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

Great place to stay, very clean & tidy with everything we needed. Bread, milk, eggs, tea & coffee all provided and jams/butter in fridge. Nice to have small private outside space. Lovely surroundings on well maintained site with plenty of activities for all ages. Would definitely recommend and would return. We had a lovely stay at Stag cottage and fully enjoyed the huge garden during our stay. Communications with Cindy were excellent and she was really quick to respond and keen to ensure our stay was the best it could be. It was most definitely a lucky find and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. 😊🦌❤️

We loved staying in the boathouse. Ideal for a family with children. Wonderful location looking over the creek . We didn’t hear the ferry which is 5 minutes away. We liked the sound of children playing on the other side of the creek. The pool area was recently upgraded. The property is well equipped and comfortable. Catherine was an excellent host who looked after every detail professionally.

We loved the lodge and this was the 2nd time we had come back. The windows were filthy, and there was cobwebs inside and out and just wasn’t very clean. We came back as the first time we thought it was beautiful. The skirting boards and bathrooms were grubby. Apart from it being dirty, for the amount charged, would have thought it would have been as nice as the first time we came.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The added luxuries throughout the house were a great touch. From the snack basket, to the toiletries and the barbecue supplies. Everything was easy to use and welcoming. The uniqueness of having exclusive and nearby access to a pool and hot tub in a small property was perfect for our young family. We can put the kids to bed and enjoy the amenities together while making sure the kids are OK - something not possible in hotels and other resorts. The space was great. Clean, well-stocked and had everything you'd need for a summer retreat. The combination of the pool, dog, BBQ, pizza oven and included games meant our kids thoroughly enjoyed their time - us too. Definitely a winning combo. Thanks for having us!

thankyou to our host Sibylle for being so attentive friendly always on hand to advise and assist ,gave us loads of information on walks surroundings , wood burner Hot tub ready when we requested ,stunning setting and access to forest at the bottom of the driveway ,so peaceful and you just didn't want to leave ,everything you thought you'd forgot to bring was available all in a wonderful relaxing stay thankyou

Well located accomodation in a quiet area reasonably close to the centre of town. Parking on the property is convenient. It's walkable to the Cathedral but parking is easy to find when driving. Clean and thoughtfully laid out accommodation, the hosts are Guy and Lucy and we enjoyed a couple of chats as we bumped into them when going out or returning to the home.

I had a beautiful stay here. Felt right at home from the first day. The place was clean and exactly as described.

Just arrived home after 4 days at David's houseboat. The accommodation was perfect, a great kitchen/living area and with the doors wide open straight out onto the outside deck. The views looking out at the creek are spectacular and if you like wildlife like we do then there are some daily visitors to spend some time with. Thank you David.

Honeysuckle Cottage is on the main road through East Meon but once inside it is quiet. All the furnishing and equipment are good quality and although the cottage is small, there is plenty of storage and it has everyone needed for a relaxing weekend. As others have said the second bedroom is very small but our son and his girlfriend slept comfortably and had enough space for their clothes. The garden is secure, so perfect for our dog. It’s also a sun trap so we were able to enjoy relaxing outside even though it wasn’t particularly hot weather. There are many excellent walks on the doorstep with stunning views. We were able to eat at The George on a couple of evenings and didn’t use our cars all weekend, which was just perfect. We did not park our cars on the main road but there’re plenty of places to park in the village, including the car park.

Matthew’s place is the upper end of 5*. Pristine presentation, crisp linen, blankets and pillows. This is a boutique home. Matthew’s communication was regular, and with the right information at the right time. This is what you need to know now, and then next and next. Anyone who has not been to the New Forest, it is an eye opener. Absolutely stunning. Bieulieu is stunning with great walks and the New Forest is cycling Mecca!

The lodge was very large & clean. Easily can sleep 8 guests. The large tv was amazing & one in the bed was luxury. the queen bed was very comfortable. The garden is huge & my family came over & we all enjoyed playing outdoor games & the Pool table was a bonus! Great places to walk your dog nearby. Very private & quiet. I wished I could have stayed longer than just a couple of nights. I would definitely like to return again.

Thank you for another fantastic stay in the new forest with our two boys, and this time with our puppy too. We loved being back in Peny Bun, surrounded by forest, so peaceful and private. It was lovely to spot deer and rabbits and roast marshmallows in the fire pit. Can’t wait to be back again.
