The pod is an idyllic bolthole to escape the rat race, cosy up and read a book with a fresh coffee, cook sausages and toast Marshmallows on the fire in our undercover seating area or go and explore historic neighbouring villages and the city of Bath.

The Idyllic “Cotswold Farm Hideaway” are three fully renovated farm cottages offering complete privacy, nestled among the rolling hills of the Cotswolds surrounded by vast farmland that is home to hundreds of sheep, alpacas, goats, pigs and chickens.. *** The White Hall & Willow cottages are two cottages for up to 8 people, perfect for groups and families. *NEW* - We have installed STARLINK and provide high speed, low latency internet. We also have a pet fee of £30 per pet charged seperately.

This newly refurbished annexe is perfect for those visiting "The Wave", wanting to cycle on the numerous quiet country roads or simply walk to one of the many excellent village pubs that can be accessed via great countryside walks. 2 minute drive from Old Down Country park, 30 minute drive to Bristol city centre and Forest of Dean. Nearest pub is just across the road plus others within a short walk.

A Grade II listed 2-bedroom cottage, in a charming Cotswolds area, steeped in history and character, with original windows, traditional flagstone flooring, stone walls, oak beams and a fireplace. All rooms have lovely little window seats. Enjoy your own orchard at the end of the garden, perfect for a BBQ or picnic. The Cottage also includes free off-street parking. We love the local walks, views and the quintessential little Cotswolds high street only minutes walk from the cottage.

New Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Work space with WiFi. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.

Light and airy, The Cottage is a converted haybarn built into the gentle slope of the hill. Downstairs there is a sunny double bedroom and a shower room, upstairs a double height open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sitting/tv area with far ranging views across open fields and a stable door opening out onto the back garden with outside sitting/eating area and mature apple trees. A bridlepath runs outside the window where horses and dogs roam.

Gilliflower self-contained - great location

Gilliflower is one of 3 stables, on our Grade 2 listed farm. It is situated on a quiet, secluded yard next to Elstar and Russet, with off street gated parking. Gilliflower overlooks our fields where our Llamas, Alpacas and horses live. Perfectly located for Yate, Badminton, Bristol, walks in the Cotswolds and their beautiful villages and slightly further afield Bath, Cheltenham. Part of Avon Farm Estate, The Dovecote is a fabulous, open-plan, single-storey, contemporary retreat, with everything you need for a romantic break, including a hot tub. The king-size bedroom with en-suite walk-in shower, the fully equipped kitchen with bar and dining area and the spacious living area with a free-standing wood burning stove are immaculately presented. Two, well-behaved dogs* are welcome.

Self Contained Studio in Country House

A self contained studio with own private entrance, great views overlooking the Wiltshire downs and the Cherill White Horse. A super king sized bed or 2 single beds if requested. There is an ensuite bathroom and small alcove with tea and coffee making facilities, Nespresso machine, small fridge and microwave oven (not proper kitchen).
