Our stay here was amazing! The host was extremely friendly and helped us bring our suitcases in when she saw us struggling to bring them up the hill. She gave us a map of the area along with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was super communicative and helpful whenever we needed anything! The airbnb is beautiful and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The view is amazing and we felt super comfortable and welcome. We fell in love with San Marino and will definitely be back with the same hosts and place!

Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Personen – mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung, einer Einrichtung aus der Schweiz– und durften unseren diesjährigen Osterurlaub in Ihrem Haus verbringen. Sowohl das Haus selbst als auch die Umgebung haben uns begeistert, aber ganz besonders möchten wir den herzlichen und offenen Kontakt zu Ihnen hervorheben. Wir unternehmen jedes Jahr um diese Zeit eine gemeinsame Reise und haben schon viele schöne Unterkünfte erlebt – doch selten hat ein Haus so perfekt zu uns als Gruppe gepasst wie Ihres. Wir möchten uns von Herzen für die wunderbare Zeit bedanken, die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir sind uns einig: Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

You can stay in a historic house full of character, located in the most beautiful part of Rimini—right in the heart of life. Surrounded by wonderful restaurants, you can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere just outside your door, with two chairs at the entrance while your child sleeps peacefully inside. You won’t miss a moment of life. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Giacomo e la sua famiglia sono stati molto accoglienti. La comunicazione è stata impeccabile. L’alloggio è curato e centralissimo, a pochissimi minuti a piedi da porto canale. È stata un’ottima esperienza, grazie!

Casa curata e carina corrispondente alla descrizione. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e oltre. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Nei dintorni sono presenti ottimi ristoranti e la casa è a pochi passi dal mare. La zona è tranquilla. Unica pecca: la scala esterna per raggiungere il piano superiore, ma questo non ha impedito di goderci il soggiorno Davvero consigliata

We hebben een heel fijne familie vakantie gehad. Het huis is leuk, maar vooral de tuin is heerlijk. Het uitzicht is super. Dichtbij leuke dorpjes. Het contact met Fabio is erg fijn. Wij kwamen rond middernacht aan en werden persoonlijk ontvangen, kregen een rondleiding en uitleg over het huis en de omgeving. Gedurende de week meerdere keren contact gehad. Verliep heel fijn. Zeker een aanrader om naartoe te gaan en een leuke tijd te hebben met familie of vrienden!

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

l'alloggio di Valentina è bellissimo, le foto rispecchiano la realtà, si trova all' interno di un residence, con parcheggio riservato), in una zona tranquilla, ma vicino a un supermercato (10 minuti a piedi) a Viale Dante(10 minuti a piedi), con un parco vicino molto grande, con area giochi per bambini e aree cani per chi, come noi, viaggia con il cane. ci ha accolti il marito di Valentina, molto gentile, ci ha spiegato quello che doveva e ci ha suggerito qualche posto giusto per mangiare, l'appartamento è pulitissimo, non è esposto al sole, il terrazzo è fantastico, ampio, con spazio per mangiare e un bel dondolo comodo(conteso da tutti), per il nostro cane ci hanno fatto trovare un tappeto con una ciotola e un pensierino mangereccio per lui, abbiamo molto apprezzato i teli bagno di tre colori differenti, così da essere distinguibili, grazie per l' ospitalità

Appartamento a due passi dal Lido pulito e tenuto benissimo, io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo. Francesco è sempre stato molto disponibile. Congratulazioni per l’alloggio e la professionalità dimostrata. Abbiamo passato una bella vacanza.

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso immerso nella quiete delle colline romagnole: Il Rudere di Teodorano è uno di quei posti che ti rimangono nel cuore. Fin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti con una gentilezza rara – Antonella e Leano sono persone autentiche, calorose e disponibili, capaci di farti sentire subito a casa. Se venite qua non potete perdervi la schiaccia, una bontá divina! La location è incantevole: silenzio rotto solo dai suoni della natura, e un’atmosfera senza tempo che invita alla lentezza e alla serenità. Perfetto per staccare la spina e rigenerarsi. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca autenticità, buon cibo e un’accoglienza che scalda il cuore.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato decisamente soddisfacente. La casa di Cinzia è molto grande con delle camere ampie e comode e una cucina spaziosa e ben fornita. Lo spazio esterno è davvero bello peccato non averlo potuto sfruttare al massimo vista la stagione invernale. Cinzia e suo marito sono stati gentili e disponibili. Più che raccomandato.

Das Casal del Sole liegt auf einem Hügel in mitten der tollen Landschaft. Man hat einen einzigartigen 360Grad Rund-um-Blick. Ideal auch mit Kindern, da es einen kleinen Spielplatz gibt. Tischtennis, Kicker und genug Platz für gemütliches Sitzen an diversen Chill-out Areas oder gemütliches Grillen. Vom sehr großen Pool hat man einen sensationellen Blick auf die schönen Hügel. Wir haben 2 der 4 Wohnungen bewohnt und waren jeweils sehr begeistert. Die Wohnungen sind top ausgestattet, besonders natürlich die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit der tollen überdachten Terrasse Die gesamte Ausstattung der Wohnungen, Poolbereich, Ruhezonen, extra Küche ist sehr sehr gut und durchdacht. Stefano und Alessandro mit ihren Familien kümmern sich bis ins letzte Detail um alles. Selten haben wir so eine Sauberkeit und Liebe zum Detail irgendwo erlebt. Hier kommt Gastfreundschaft von ganzem Herzen. Wir haben uns selten an einem Ort so gut erholt. Danke!

Wir waren drei Parteien und waren allesamt begeistert von der Unterkunft. Die Innenräume sind großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet! Der Aussenbereich sehr gepflegt und voll funktionsfähig! Die Umgebung ist grandios! Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert! Der Gastgeber war sehr gut erreichbar und stets bemüht uns Empfehlungen für die Region auszusprechen.

Un havre de paix. Superbe maison divisée en quelques appartements sur un terrain entièrement clos. De nombreux jeux sont prévus sur place pour les enfants (fléchettes, baby-foot, table de ping-pong, multitude d'accessoires pour la piscine) sans oublier les hamacs et autres commodités extérieures. La piscine est très agréable et parée d'un jacuzzi. Le logement est très propre et très fonctionnel pour 2 à 3 personnes. La communication avec Paola est très simple. Un guide des environs et ses nombreuses recommandations facilitent les premiers pas dans la région. Une vraie et belle expérience touristique. Merci mille fois.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Casa nuovissima, offre ogni tipo di comfort e servizio! A 2 minuti in macchina dal mare, veramente una splendida casa in una zona molto tranquilla. Alex ci è venuto incontro con l’orario del check in in quanto avevamo un bimbo piccolo e avevamo bisogno di entrare prima nell’alloggio, non è da tutti! Se si potesse darei 10 stelle! Grazie ancora!

Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Unser erster Urlaub mit unserer Tochter (10 Monate). Die Wohnung war perfekt dafür - mit Babybett und Hochstuhl, nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Meer und Restaurants entfernt. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Anreise und konnten ganz unkompliziert eine Nacht umbuchen, vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Wir kommen gerne wieder, bis bald! 😊

L'unico problema è stato trovare subito l'appartamento, in quanto l'accesso è interno e il numero non si vede subito dalla strada, quindi suggerirei di apporre un cartello o un altra comunicazione più visibile del numero. Valentina iper cordiale e precisa, casa ordinata e con tutti i comfort, peccato per scale senza ascensore. Posizione meravigliosa, non abbiamo mai usato l'auto perché mare a 2 minuti a piedi e movida li in zona con passeggiata e attrazioni estive. Facilmente raggiungibili con pochi minuti d'auto anche oltremare e acquafan o Rimini mentre l'acquario raggiungibile a piedi. Ottima esperienza, grazie.

Es war wirklich sehr schön, es war alles so wie beschrieben. Sehr höfliche und freundliche Gastgeber.

We had an awesome stay here! The place is modern, clean and spacious. Great location right across from the beach with plenty of restaurants near by. Would definitely stay here again.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und besitzt alles was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Weiterhin liegt es direkt am Strand, in der Nähe gibt es gute Restaurants und die Besitzerin hat mit einigen Lokalitäten Rabatte für Besucher ausgehandelt. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos. Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung und ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Idealne miejsce! Oddalone od centrum, ale łatwo się do niego dostać spacerkiem. Blisko przystanek do komunikacji miejskiej. Blisko do plaży i morza. Mieszkanie idealne dla par, grupki znajomych, a także rodzin z dziećmi. Bardzo dobrze wyposażone, schludne, czyste, komfortowe. Zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami. Polecam gospodarza i jego mieszkanie. Z właścicielem bardzo dobry kontakt. Dostosował godziny zameldowania do naszego przyjazdu. Wyrozumiali, mili ludzie. Bardzo dziękujemy! I jeśli jeszcze będzie okazja - to chętnie wrócimy!
