Apartment holiday rentals in Rivas-Vaciamadrid

Everything was well, it was a little hard to find the block after you pass by the gates, but the staff in the building was very helpful! The apartament is nice, beautiful, and cozy. The only little issue was that because the walls are very thin, you can hear everything, not just from the inside, but from the neighbours too. Luckly, the neighbourhood was calm most of the time. We will surely return in the future !

Great Airbnb! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Madrid. It is located in the perfect area, everything is walking distance. The photos don’t do this place justice, it’s even nicer in person! Beautiful little apartment that’s very clean and the AC works great. I didn’t have to take any transportation except to the airport. And since it is in the middle of everything, there can be a lot of traffic so I do recommend you request your taxis via app 30 minutes before (it can take up to 10 mins to even get one).

We went to Madrid for the weekend and the apartment was a success. It's small but has everything you need. The area is very quiet and there are parking spots. There are bars and supermarkets nearby. Very well connected to downtown. Manu was very attentive and even let us leave later than the check-out time due to the trip

The apartment is inviting, modern and clean, there is a feeling that everything has been thought of and nothing is missing. The host Liss is charming, available and answers any question within a short period of time. She greeted us in the apartment, explained and showed us everything when we arrived despite the late hour. She even let us leave the suitcases in the apartment until the evening. The location is great, the area is nice with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants and convenient public transportation (subway and buses) to anywhere in the city. The supermarket is in front of the house - very convenient for everything you need. I would definitely return to this apartment again on my next visit to Madrid!

Luis's apartment is very centrally located. In fact Metro 3 entry is just infront of the building and in less than 10 minutes you can reach major attractions like Sol. Bus stand is also hardly 200 meters and Delicias station is just 400 meters. Connectivity from his place is best. There is supermarket across the road in addition to shops which open late night also. His place on ground floor is in a secure building with lot of open area. We really felt at home. Apartment was absolutely neat and clean.

Close to main attractions in Madrid. Walking distance to great shopping, Mercado San Miguel, Plaza Mayor, Plaza del Sol and Gran Vía. Located on a pedestrian street, not accesible by car after around 9:00 am. Metro station just a couple of feet away from building. Beautifully remodeled apartment. Raúl was always available and always made sure our stay was without any hassles.

The apartment is excellent and the contributions of Yiftach and his collaborator made everything better and easier. The accommodation provides everything expected as it is new appliances in perfect working order. The water and its pressure are excellent. The equipment is complete. The location couldn't be better, right in the center but absolutely quiet. It allows you to walk around the main points of Madrid and the proximity to the Metro complements the above. A bustling, attractive and at the same time very safe area. I would probably go back to the apartment

Our stay was wonderful. We were able to see a lot of Madrid just by walking. Public transport was close by when needed. After a long day sight seeing we came back to a comfortable place to eat relax and sleep ready to go again the next morning loved it

Great little apartment in a wonderful area. Lots to do nearby and walkable everywhere, but on a pedestrian street so no traffic. The unit was clean and well supplied. Highly recommend!

Martha is a super host, everything in the apartment was clean and tidy, communication was always very good and she had a gesture that is worth gold... we forgot a stroller in the apartment and we were already at the airport to leave, Martha, even though it was very early in the morning, did us the favor of taking the stroller there, a gesture that is deeply appreciated, thank you Martha, the best host I have had in all the years I have been using this platform!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼❤️

Stayed for 5 nights with my husband and daughter and everyone thought this was the best AirBNB we’ve ever experienced. The place was well stocked with all kinds of supplies and snacks - Carlos and Maria thought of everything. I had a problem with my eye while there and they both helped me to find a local doctor. The location is excellent. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thanks so much for your hospitality!!

We loved this airbnb! The location is absolutely unbeatable and the host was super responsive. We appreciated that despite being right on Plaza Mayor if the balcony doors were closed it was super quiet.

My stay was extremely relaxing and very comfortable. Alicia was there for all of my needs. If I’m passing through Madrid again, I’m definitely staying in the loft again.

We had a very pleasant and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and can be reached at all times if you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from the great Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Rafael was a real host. Always friendly in the communications they had very quickly. The apartment is 200 meters from the Tirso de Molina metro station from which you can then reach any point in the city. Clean and tidy.

Great place to stay in Madrid. It’s a bit of a walk up a large hill to the main attractions but the addition of a spa definitely makes up for it. There’s some nice local bars and restaurants as well.

We had a wonderful stay here,we didn’t have a kettle so contacted the host and he brought a new one to us as soon as he could.Very comfy bed and lovely location.Would recommend.

Wonderful stay in this house located within a rural estate. I went with my girlfriend for a romantic getaway and the place was perfect. It is true that there are two floors and two accommodations, and therefore you can have neighbors, and it is also true that the caretaker of the property lives about 50 meters away; but at no time did I feel my privacy invaded. The furniture and decoration are beautiful and in excellent condition. The environment is very beautiful, surrounded by nature. Definitely an experience to do it again.
