Susanna's apartment was exactly how it was in the photographs and the description. She met us at the time we agreed to let us in, and as there were no issues, we didn't need to speak again. The apartment was a few steps away from the main front street which was great.

Maurizio is a really rare person nowadays, welcoming, kind and very available for every need. She welcomed me into the apartment with a very welcome local gift. Thank you. Residence complete with everything you need and located in a great location for: sea , walks in the center and around on foot or by bicycle. I'll definitely be back. Hi Maurizio, thank you again.

Linda, and her apartment, are the ideal solution for those who want to feel good in Cesenatico. Linda is a kind, practical and extremely friendly person. She loves the space she offers, and this can be seen in every detail. The apartment is perfect: top floor of a beachfront building, with balcony over the entire perimeter. It's new, super bright, and stocked with everything. The location, also thanks to the electric ferryway that crosses Porto Canale, is a short distance from the center and Levante beach. There were four of us and we had a great time. Thanks Linda!

The place is as described in a posting. The apartment is very clean. It is near the beach and a grocery store is near by.

Unfortunately, my family and I only stayed at Alberto's for the weekend. The apartment is a delight, just as you can see in the photos. It is clean, bright, quite spacious and cared for in every detail. The terraces available in the apartment are really nice and comfortable both for hanging clothes and for having an aperitif outside, and they overlook a very quiet area. Although the area is not particularly busy, it is very close to both the beach and the promenade, so it is very convenient for services. As soon as he welcomed us, Alberto gave us a tour of the apartment and the garage (another extremely positive note of this accommodation) and immediately made himself available for any of our needs and questions. I 100% recommend this apartment and we will definitely be back!

Everything in the house is designed with precision and attention to detail, 1 minute's walk from the center of Cattolica with all amenities and restaurants/beaches. I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

We were very satisfied with the apartment and especially the location of the apartment. 5 minutes from the beach, free parking nearby, otherwise few minutes away parking for 2 euros a day. The apartment is located to the main street with great food options, but still a little private because it is located in a kind of backyard. Alessandro was easily accessible and was able to give good recommendations, check in and check out totally easy with code. Everything you need for your vacation. The only thing to note is that the Wi-Fi signal is weak because you share it and you can't operate several household appliances at the same time (e.g. washing machine and stove).

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

The reception by Elisa was fantastic. She had even taken the trouble to arrange an interpreter. We could ask anything and get an immediate answer. A very beautiful environment with fine beaches. The place itself is also very cozy with lots to do. You won't get bored. A very nice house, with a lovely garden. Everything very clean. We enjoyed so much that we want to come back next year.

We were in good hands with Frederica. The apartment was sparkling clean and the location was excellent. We slept very well and felt completely comfortable. Particularly helpful was the folder with all the important information and recommendations for restaurants. These little details made our stay even more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the accommodation!

Well equipped apartment ( missed only a water boiler). Good light inside. Very nice view from the balcony, great for two to sit. Like sitting on the roof of Rimini. Well functioning internet. Good space. Rimini is much more than the beach, great restaurants, local residents around, culture.

A wonderful stay – thank you, Veronica! We were able to spend a few great days in Veronica's accommodation and are absolutely thrilled. She welcomed us warmly and sympathetically - you can immediately tell that she is involved with heart. The apartment was spacious, very clean, bright and lovingly furnished. Everything you need was really there - you immediately feel at home. Veronica was always available, very helpful and provided us with great tips that you can only get from locals. For us, it was a completely successful stay. Veronica is a great host and we can absolutely recommend her and her accommodation. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.
