We had a really perfect stay! The structure is cared for in every detail, cozy and impeccably clean. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Breakfast was one of the best ever: plentiful, varied, and with fresh and quality products. It's a pleasure to start the day like this! A special thank you goes to Filippo, for his kindness, availability and attention to guests. Always present but never intrusive, it made us feel welcomed and pampered from the very beginning. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

The house with terrace is idyllically located on a hill with a panoramic view. The room with bathroom was clean and tidy. The B&B has everything you need.

I spent a night in this accommodation in the historic center of Urbino and I had a great time. The location is excellent, in the middle of the ZTL area, perfect for visiting the city on foot. The accommodation is clean, well maintained and comfortable, ideal for a short but pleasant stay. A big plus is the possibility of free parking not too far away, which is not a given in a historic city. The host was kind, helpful and clear in communications. Definitely a positive experience, I would recommend it!

We looooved Maria’s place and her hospitality and friendliness. She made us the best breakfast every morning! We enjoyed this place so much! It was our favorite Airbnb! The place is so nice, comfortable and quite. Supermarket nearby, 10 minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. Mr. Gianni and Mrs. Anna are very kind and friendly people. It was a pleasure chatting with the two of them. We were treated as if we were family. The apartment was very clean and everything was new. Air conditioning was great for sleeping on these hot days. For breakfast they also asked for the preference of each one, excellent. If we go back to Gatteo we will definitely stay there. I recommend it.

The entire property is thoughtfully styled and immersed in a quiet atmosphere just steps from the center of Gradara. The room was cozy, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need. Breakfast was plentiful, served with care and kindness directly by Chiara, who was available and hospitable throughout our stay. Piero’s home is a real gem! Exceeded expectations from many points of view. Beautiful surroundings from both the home entrance to the room balcony and window. The bedroom is large, very comfortable and full of charm. Piero and his wife are beautiful souls, they made us feel right at home, hospitality is in their veins and they both are very special hosts/people. Highly recommend a visit and we will definitely go back when in Romagna 🫶

If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa in the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, as beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very rural. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.

We immediately felt comfortable with Elena and Davide. The accommodation is totally clean and very tastefully furnished. The two are very warm people and are the perfect hosts. Our highlight was the private pasta course with Elena, followed by a tasting. Fantastic stay. What a wonderful space outside and inside. We had a nice day in Cervia on the beach and also a day at the pool. What a rest! So much fun. Within 20 minutes, you are in Ravenna, where there are many restaurants and bars/clubs along the coastline. There we ate deliciously. Everything was perfect. Good bed and shower in spacious rooms. Breakfast served was fantastic. Very extensive and delicious! Giovanna is very helpful and friendly. Responded quickly to questions. Highly recommended if you like peace and quiet.

Lovely place Abracadabra and Angela is a lovely host. In the middle of farmland this small Oase. Lovely decorated, nice rooms, good beds, great garden with a big pool. We loved our stay and would recommend this to everyone!
