Nice area, very clean space, check in was literally effortless, and heard no outside/neighbor noise which was awesome! The only thing I will warn is that parking sucks!! Surely not the places fault, I’d do it all again, but be aware that it’s busy/downtown street parking or expensive garage parking. However, after I found a spot I just parked and left my car there and was able to walk literally anywhere I wanted to, so not a biggie at all!

The communication was great. Annie always responded quickly. Convenient location to river walk. amenities and U Penn campus. Walls were thin and bed a bit hard but that didn’t bother me too much. Overall I’d go back for another short stay!

I truly don’t think we could have picked a better Airbnb, especially for the price! The location was just perfect just a couple blocks from the main touristy areas and the extra locks made us feel super safe. The building was clean and quiet, and the unit itself was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to super comfy bedding. My partner and I travel to Philly often for day trips or weekend trips. This was by far our favorite air bnb we’ve stayed at so far. The vibe of the home was perfect for a getaway. Everything was super clean and it smelled clean and fresh. I’m very weird about smells but that wasn’t an issue this time! Very spacious and accessible. We were also surprised to see that there was a bath and a half bath. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and your home. Thank you Khailim! We will be booking your place again.

I stayed at Yoseph's Airbnb for commencement. It was very walkable to the nearby universities and was reasonably priced. The unit was clean, spacious, and had AC. Would definitely book again if I'm in Philadelphia in the future!

Elaine’s place for perfect - location is ideal and walkable to almost anywhere you need to go to. Just a note that the unit is up a flight of stairs which was fine for us but worth noting. The apartment itself was well equipped with good heating/air conditioning and everything you need for your stay including kitchen with oven microwave. Shower is great and unlike a lot of places does not leak. Elaine was great and so understanding and accommodating when we encountered delays with our car rental on the check out - thank you for your hospitality Elaine!

Apartment is in a great location, right in the middle of centre city, a block north of Rittenhouse Square. Lots of coffee places and restaurants on the doorstop. Very easy to get in and out with the digital locks and Bijan is a very helpful and responsive host.

Jon was an awesome host. Quick and responsive! Amenities were also as described. The only thing I think I was disappointed with was the location. It’s walkable but a little sketchy depending on where you’re walking. I still think Jon was great and overall, I’d recommend his Airbnb to anyone going to Philly.

Spent a few days in Philadelphia for a graduation. The home was located in a convenient area with pubic transportation right outside the door. We traveled to campus several times a day and it was easy to get there and back. Spacious and comfortable during our stay. Parking is across the street but easily walkable to the home. Easy check in/out.

The place was amazing. It was very clean and honestly spotless. Drelynn was very responsive. I will note that the place didn't have pots and pans for cooking though.

The bed was very comfy I enjoyed the jacuzzi just wish the water came out a little faster other than that I have no complaints definitely will be booking again!!!

My stay at Christopher's apartment was an all-around positive experience. The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped – just as described. The location is quiet yet well connected, making it a great base for exploring Philadelphia. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. What stood out the most was Christopher’s hospitality: he was always available, very helpful, and even gave me great restaurant recommendations that really enhanced my stay. Check-in was smooth and everything went perfectly. I’d definitely come back and can warmly recommend this place!
