My place is located in a peaceful part of Risan, but just 10 minutes away ( foot) from city center. Apartment is situated on the first floor of family house, suraround by Mediterans greenery. My family is living on the ground floor of house. Apartment contains 78 square m and it is comfortable even for two families. It has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with all equipment, table, tv, 3 air conditions and terrace. Wi fi is free and parking place of course.

Breathtaking seaview apartment with pool

Enjoyed my stay, I had some mobile connectivity issues, Zorica was patient and accommodative. Representative Dusan who who personally assisted with my check-in was really nice. It was very windy when I arrived, the cable TV didn't work, probably an issue with the antenna, not the fault of the host.

Ksenija Apartment is an absolute gem! The apartment is spotlessly clean and wonderfully cozy, offering all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The highlight is the stunning view of the sea from the balcony, which is just breathtaking. The location is unbeatable—only 30 seconds from the beach, simply cross the street and you're there! Parking on the street is convenient and fine enough for a worry-free stay. The apartment is also perfectly situated, with the town center just a 5-minute walk away and two supermarkets close by for all your essentials. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment and location and amazing scenery. Well stocked kitchen. A great pool for cooling down. It is very steep walking back to the apartment from the waters edge but is do able we are both pensioners. We just took it easy and admired the changing views on the way back. Risan is lovely not too commercialised and suited us perfectly

Villa with a private pool and a stunning view

This is a great house to enjoy the beauty of kotor bay. The house has everything you need, the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of room to relax in the house with comfy sofas and a big dinning table. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view and birds visiting to drink. However it is too deep to stand anywhere so not for small children. There is no shower facility by the pool so we had to have bottles of water to rinse off before we went in. They had 4 sun loungers by the pool. I would definitely come back here if we visited Montenegro again as it was a lovely home for me and my family for a week. Risan is beautiful and the restaurants are good value and the waiting staff are super friendly. Not much to do but that was the idea for us.

Just like all the other reviews before, oh my the views from this villa are just exceptional. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Totally unmatched and makes it the best place to stay. Loved spending every day watching the boats go by from the lush pool and each evening wandering down to Perast to try one of the many restaurants available. We originally booked this place in 2020 but had to cancel due to covid, finally got here 5 years later! Great location to visit Kotor and the surrounding area. Was very sad to leave! Highly recommend.
