Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

A bright airy spacious apartment. Two bedrooms both en suite. Bed 1 has a Queen Bed and also a small balcony overlooking the garden and decked area. Bed 2 has a double and a single bed. Private Secure Parking - wireless Internet - wood stove for winter lettings. Welcome pack on arrival. We are always close by should you need local information or have any problem. We aim to make our renters as comfortable as possible. Please note that the apartments are in a built up area.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the house, has a separate entrance, ideal for four people with an additional double sofa bed that allows up to 6 people.
