We had a very nice stay. The apartment is cozy and especially fully furnished. Parking was easy to do via the public parking lots. Despite the fact that there was a thoroughfare a little further on, we had all the peace and quiet we needed. The apartment is located in a pedestrian area. Also the contact with the host was very pleasant. I'd recommend to everyone.

Each room is carefully designed, making the place both comfortable and pleasant to live in. Romain was a very available and welcoming host, with delicate touches that really made a difference. Excellent stay. A beautiful apartment, spacious, perfectly equipped, with a very nice terrace. Many small touches, you quickly feel at home. Quiet in the historic city center of Riom. Very responsive and friendly hosts. We'll be back for sure!

We liked it at Steve's in room 1. In a small space, everything you need is there. It is modernly furnished and nicely decorated, the bed is nice and large and the bathroom is chic. We felt comfortable The house is a beautiful old building and therefore a little noisy, but the surroundings are very quiet, so we could sleep well. The neighborhood is predominantly residential with small shops. Since we were traveling by car, we drove to the surrounding area, where there are many restaurants and also nature (up to 20 minutes by car).

Sylvie and her husband are very welcoming people, very sunny studio with a view of a beautiful terrace with a very large pool and mountain views, very good bedding, very complete kitchen equipment, spacious bathroom, bath towels provided with basic necessities. Private parking space, Sylvie and her husband do everything to make your stay pleasant, in short you will have understood I had a real crush on this studio.

The apartment is perfect. Very well decorated, everything you need is there and even more. All is well thought out. The terrace is great and the environment is very quiet. Easy access to Puy de Dôme, Puy Pariou and Clermont Ferrand. There were three of us and it was perfect. Being able to park your car in the garage is a plus. Easy check-in and check-out. I highly recommend it.

Beautifully refurbished accommodation, fully customizable. Close to the hyper center, a few meters from bars and restaurants. The spa was great, the shower very pleasant and the services really perfect (Netflix, breakfast, towels and bathrobes, shower gel, coffee...) we had a great weekend as a family of 3 in this apartment where the spa is really good, the pool is at a pleasant temperature for those who are sensitive to the cold like me, the jacuzzi is hot and large, I had a great time, my daughter really enjoyed the pool, Julien and his wife are very welcoming people, we were delighted with this weekend, I recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at Florence and Nicolas' place, who are wonderful hosts and were always on hand with help and advice. The apartment is in a very quiet and calm location with a beautiful garden and lots of green. The appartment is very well equipped, clean, and pleasantly cool when the outside temperature is warm. Good for up to four people with plenty of outside space. The surrounding area is beautiful. Definitely recommended.
