Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with satellite TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Vintage house on the hillside

Ancient farmhouse furnished with vintage and Italian design furniture. I like the idea of not throwing things away and adapting them again with a new feature telling the story of those who owned them. The house surrounded by a private garden is full of biodiversity. We are in a beautiful panoramic position with 360° view of the hills and the plain 15 min. drive from Reggio Emilia, 1 hour drive from Bologna, 40 min. from Milan, 2 and 1/2 hours from Rome and 1 hour from Florence (via high speed train).

Detached house in Ghivizzano in a quiet area, private parking with gate. On the ground floor there is a large living room, dining room and kitchen. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, double bedroom (bunk bed) and bathroom with shower. Independent wooden kitchen with double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Outside there is a large private pool with Jacuzzi, a fenced garden, a wooded arbor, barbecue, table, kitchenette. Perfect for relaxing or for excursions to places of natural beauty

Casa di Nat offers a unique experience immersed in nature but a few minutes from the center of Florence, a unique vacation for those who want to relax and have fun with friends and family, suitable for adults and children, with its outdoor space it will be possible to involve everyone in lunches or dinners, with barbecues and deck chairs, the covered porch will allow you to eat outdoors even in the colder months, to facilitate travel there is free parking on the street and bus stop nearby.

Aria condizionata e riscaldamento gestibili autonomamente. L'host è facilmente raggiungibile per qualsiasi tipo di informazione. La casa si trova in ZTL e non si può accedere in macchina. L' Appartamento Bolognamania Pop è situato in una zona residenziale di Bologna, molto tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo servita e vivace. Nelle immediate vicinanze di Supermercati, Bar e Ristoranti, il Pop si raggiunge facilmente dalle principali arterie di comunicazione come l'autostrada e la tangenziale nonchè dalla Via Emilia con molte linee bus che transitano a poche decine di metri. Comodo per l'Ospedale Maggiore, per gli eventi allo Stadio, all'Unipol Arena e alla fondazione MAST.
