The bedroom, although not a fully separate room, is set apart by being in a superior level, overlooking the rest of the apartment and leading to a small terrace with the full view. The bathroom is modern and is equipped with a shower stall and a large showerhead. This apartment is equipped with a stove, a fridge, air conditioning and a dishwasher.
