Samuel was very communicative & straight forward with his rules which were respected. TH e house was super clean & beautiful for all my friends to stay. very Very thankful that he let us stay till our flight left which was in the afternoon. Great house, great host & great communication

Christian was very attentive and made it super easy and comfortable to ask questions. The house is beautiful and the private backyard with the pool and pool table made the house experience 10x better! Definitely very clean and spacious!

Beautiful place! We stayed 1 week, my family loved everything about it. The kids loved the pool! All attractions are not to far from this place and it’s very peaceful. There are good food spots minutes away from home. Definitely recommend staying!

Hey! Had a great time here. It was nice and the place had everything you needed on site. It was a little far for my taste but beyond that it was great experience.

We spent a week here with our family of 7, and this was hands down our favorite Airbnb yet! Christie’s communication and instructions were top-notch from start to finish. The photos and amenities were exactly as described—no surprises, just pure comfort. We had a blast exploring everything the island had to offer, but also truly enjoyed our relaxing days by the pool. I highly recommend this property—trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful location, comforts of home while being surrounded by beautiful rainforest wildlife. Just make sure you are mentally prepared for no AC and knowing that critters are everywhere in the rainforest and you will have a wonderful time.

Our experience at Carmen’s property was like no other. The home exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect setup for our family. Plenty of space to spread out so we never felt crowded, and the layout made it easy to walk outside each morning and take in the gorgeous views. We will miss sitting in the unique pool and gathering on the porches listening to the jungle sounds at night. Carmen is the very definition of a Superhost - thoughtful, responsive, and truly dedicated to making her guests' stay exceptional. She personally met with us when we arrived to show us all the amenities of the house and had local snacks ready to start us off. Her restaurant recommendations were also appreciated. We all agreed that we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and spacious retreat.

Very nice home me and my girls had a fabulous time, at the Airbnb and also in Puerto Rico! The home was beautiful, the pool was light up at night! Great pics on the swing! All in all 10/10 💛💛✨

Beautiful place, with lots of local restaurants right around the corner. Luis and Ale were very responsive and helpful, they attended us quickly to whatever we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

House was stunning!! inspired a lot of things for my apt. the furniture is awesome! everything was super techy!! in looove with the projector and hot tub combo.

Me & My boyfriend stayed here for the weekend. We had a great time. Ubers $6-$10 to & from the places we wanted to visit. Definitely would recommend staying here. Thanks for a great stay Rigoberto.

Harry’s place is perfect for a weekend stay. It has all the basic amenities, it’s cozy, and they’ve added thoughtful touches throughout. Check in was easy and communication was easy and clear. We would definitely recommend this place!

I've always stayed around this area but Ramon's place was just what we needed for a short weekend stay. The place was clean, he even left us a little souvenir which was a great personal touch. We felt safe all the time and I would definitely stay here again.

This place was truly amazing. Nice and clean, and super comfortable. The garden room was very peaceful! Mayra was such a great host, we appreciated the warm welcome and small welcome gifts. She communicated well throughout the stay. The neighborhood was also nice and quiet. Definitely recommend if this is your first time in Puerto Rico!

The check-in instructions were simple and clear, which made our arrival super easy. Luis also checked in with us throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. The extra toiletries in the bathroom and a kitchen stocked with spices and cooking oil made a big difference and helped us feel right at home. The neighborhood is in San Juan, close to Guaynabo and about 20 min from Viejo San Juan. It’s worth noting that it can be a bit loud at times due to passing vehicles, not extreme, and personally I am used to it, but something to keep in mind if you’re expecting a completely quiet area. Place looks exactly like the pictures. I loved everything about it. Bathroom in master bedroom is a tad small, but it was beautiful and I loved the shower heads in both bathrooms. Everyone slept comfortably and was able to control their AC in their rooms so it’s perfect for those who sleep in different temps. Dishes were available if needed. Very kid friendly if you have any! Had multiple Bluetooth speakers available. TVs in every room. Would definitely recommend and would probably stay again!!

I would definitely say Puerto Rico has my heart after this trip! Casita Negra was everything i expected and more some. Waking up to the beautiful view was incredible. The house itself is gorgeous inside and out. I am definitely coming back. Casita Negra made it more of a reason for me to come back to PR! Jean Pierre is an amazing hostess. Help me navigate to the house with no problem. He recommend a few spots and was very responsive when i needed him. The stay was very heart warmed and welcoming thanks to Jean Pierre. I miss it already!

Grisselle was very accommodating and let us go in the home 30 mins before check in, she was very quick to respond to make sure we were comfortable, and the pool was our favorite to swim in after a long day out exploring. It's close to old San Juan, beaches, restaurants, ect. There were a few nights it was a bit noisy due to motorbikes driving by but there was a door that lead to the rooms that closed to help block the noise. Highly recommended this place.

An Absolutely Perfect Stay! Our recent stay, was nothing short of magnificent! From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how incredibly spacious the entire property felt. There was ample room for everyone to relax and spread out comfortably, making it feel like a true home away from home rather than just a rental. The beautiful amenities truly elevated our experience. Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered, from the well-appointed kitchen that had everything we needed and more, to the luxurious bathrooms and comfortable bedding. We particularly enjoyed hot tub, the fantastic outdoor patio. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into making sure guests have everything they could possibly need for a memorable stay.
