Miguel was always very responsive and helpful. He had an amazing home with loving neighbors and the outside patio where the pool, grill table and lounge chairs was very clean. Very spacious to have great time with your family and friends. 5stars all around. Really great guy. It’s no wonder why he is a rare find.

Samuel was very communicative & straight forward with his rules which were respected. TH e house was super clean & beautiful for all my friends to stay. very Very thankful that he let us stay till our flight left which was in the afternoon. Great house, great host & great communication

Had a wonderful stay! Looks exactly like the pictures and had everything you could need. We had no issues during our stay and Gigi & Ted were very proactive checking in with us. They were able to accommodate an earlier check in time as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place! We stayed 1 week, my family loved everything about it. The kids loved the pool! All attractions are not to far from this place and it’s very peaceful. There are good food spots minutes away from home. Definitely recommend staying!

This home that we stayed in was comfortable for everyone that stayed there peaceful place! The person in charge is always there to answer our questions. I recommended that the kitchen be better equipped with mixing bowls and cookware.! other than that at the house met all our expectations!

We spent a week here with our family of 7, and this was hands down our favorite Airbnb yet! Christie’s communication and instructions were top-notch from start to finish. The photos and amenities were exactly as described—no surprises, just pure comfort. We had a blast exploring everything the island had to offer, but also truly enjoyed our relaxing days by the pool. I highly recommend this property—trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

Very nice home me and my girls had a fabulous time, at the Airbnb and also in Puerto Rico! The home was beautiful, the pool was light up at night! Great pics on the swing! All in all 10/10 💛💛✨

Place looks exactly like the pictures. I loved everything about it. Bathroom in master bedroom is a tad small, but it was beautiful and I loved the shower heads in both bathrooms. Everyone slept comfortably and was able to control their AC in their rooms so it’s perfect for those who sleep in different temps. Dishes were available if needed. Very kid friendly if you have any! Had multiple Bluetooth speakers available. TVs in every room. Would definitely recommend and would probably stay again!!

Neighbourhood looked local. The apartment was small but there were only two of us so it was fine. Seems OK for 3 people. It's just as the pic with comfortable furniture and kitchen amenities. The shower cubicle is small but ok. I was mostly there at night to sleep and it was great as a crash pad. another noisy at all. Nothing really in walkable distance so rent a car or be prepared to pay for uber. I don't mind staying again. Host is very responsive.

I stayed here with some friends for a short week, and we had an amazing time! The home was very clean and had all the things we needed to be comfortable. Caleb was a great host and always responded quickly, and also gave good recommendations for things to do while we were here. I definitely plan to come back sometime in the future, and would recommend this place to anyone!

Very nice place to stay at! Place was clean and looked exactly like what the pictures described. The location was in middle of San juan so everything was within a 15-20 min drive on the activities we did. Neighborhood looks a bit sketchy but overall the people were very nice. Very cute family on the corner that’s sells loaded baked potatoes. Street parking was easily accessible didn’t have to park more than a block away from the place. Will definitely book again with her!

House was stunning!! inspired a lot of things for my apt. the furniture is awesome! everything was super techy!! in looove with the projector and hot tub combo.

This place was truly amazing. Nice and clean, and super comfortable. The garden room was very peaceful! Mayra was such a great host, we appreciated the warm welcome and small welcome gifts. She communicated well throughout the stay. The neighborhood was also nice and quiet. Definitely recommend if this is your first time in Puerto Rico!

The check-in instructions were simple and clear, which made our arrival super easy. Luis also checked in with us throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. The extra toiletries in the bathroom and a kitchen stocked with spices and cooking oil made a big difference and helped us feel right at home. The neighborhood is in San Juan, close to Guaynabo and about 20 min from Viejo San Juan. It’s worth noting that it can be a bit loud at times due to passing vehicles, not extreme, and personally I am used to it, but something to keep in mind if you’re expecting a completely quiet area. Grisselle was very accommodating and let us go in the home 30 mins before check in, she was very quick to respond to make sure we were comfortable, and the pool was our favorite to swim in after a long day out exploring. It's close to old San Juan, beaches, restaurants, ect. There were a few nights it was a bit noisy due to motorbikes driving by but there was a door that lead to the rooms that closed to help block the noise. Highly recommended this place.
