Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Rio de Janeiro Metropolitan Area

The apartment is identical to the images, cozy, clean and very organized. I worked on a few remote days and everything worked perfectly. The view from the balcony is incredible, with the lagoon and the surrounding area, bright and airy. The condominium's staff are very attentive, helpful and dear. The infrastructure of the condominium is perfect, with heated swimming pool, gym, sauna and hot tub, used them and I liked it a lot. In front of the building, still in Peninsula (condominium) there is a 24-hour supermarket, restaurants and shops, I was able to walk through the condominium trails, I took advantage of the view and sunset on the wooden deck, where it parks the ferry. Safe environment and excellent location in Barra da Tijuca. Memorable stay, I felt very comfortable, like at home. I'm sure every time I'm in Rio I plan to stay here, thoughtful, polite, and proactive hosts. I love it!

Everything was excellent. A luxury apartment with all the amenities, facing the beach and close to the gastronomic area. Super comfortable sofa bed. The hostess is super attentive.

Excellent from the dealings with the host to the check out. The apartment is exactly as advertised, very well equipped and with all the amenities advertised (bed linen, bath, kitchen items, cleaning, towels for use in the pool/beach and beach kit at no additional cost). The region is great, literally on top of Paris 6, with a market, drugstore and bakery very close. And finally the balcony, which has a perfect view of the sea, sleeping with the sound of the waves is non-negotiable. Thank you very much, we will certainly return other times.

Deise was a very gracious and flexible host. The majority of time she responded to questions within 10 minutes. The apartment was in such a great location, 1 block off the beach and with restaurants nearby. Overall, we had a great stay in Rio.

We had a great stay. Great house with terrific ocean views. Super easy walk to an almost private beach. The house itself was fantastic. 4 suites, all with a/c. And two additional bedrooms. Kitchen was big, as was the dining area and living rooms. Yes, more than one! With all that, I think the outside was even better. The pool was much-used by us. The outdoor kitchen and dining area were really nice, too. And Selenia was a great host, very responsive and proactive. Highly recommend!

House exactly as in photos. Well complete with all necessary household utensil, very good gourmet area. I felt at home. Close to the beach, bakery, etc. You can rent without fear.

A WONDERFUL SUPER A UNIQUE WELCOME I WAS SURPRISED UPON ARRIVAL WITH A BEAUTIFUL BREAKFAST TABLE FULL OF PAMPERING ,MY FAMILY WAS VERY WELL ACCOMMODATED . THE INDICATION OF MAURA TO TAKE CARE OF OUR FOOD WAS GOLDEN KEY TO MAKE ME THE MOST CALM MY SON ALREADY ASKING TO HIRE. EVERY DAY SHE MADE CONTACT OVER THE PHONE ASKING IF SHE NEEDS SOMETHING VERY CONSIDERATE. AND FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO HOLD EVENTS THE HOUSE IS VERY WELL EQUIPPED WITH TABLES FOR GUEST TOWELS OF TABLEWARE FOR THE KITCHEN JUST GO AND FALL IN THE DIVING ROOM!!!!!

Check-in, and out, flexible and easy. The breakfast option at the reception of the venue, paid separately but a good option, organized and clean place, very close to the H gate of RioCentro Eventos, Host very cordial, helpful and fast!.

The apartment has a great view, I really liked the room and the accommodations, clean sheets and bathroom too. Very well located and safe, and also easy to access to take an Uber or if you order delivery. I recommend it and we will definitely come back next time.

My second time and I can only sum it up in one word: PERFECT! It's already my favorite place when I need to sleep in Niterói! It's the best Airbnb experience anyone could wish for!! Everything is fantastic! My family and I loved it the first time and we have already repeated it…whenever we can we will come back because it is very but very top! The place is great. Easy to find, well located between Barra and Recreio and the building has several amenities, such as a swimming pool, spa, sauna and restaurant/bar, as well as a market. The space itself is very clean, large and has a great bed. The owner, Elaine, is always available and left everything great in the reservation.

Mine only thanks the selma for the great service provided, in addition to being very polite, was concerned at all times with my stay without being evasive, but at the same time attentive, a wonderful view of the roof the place is faithfully what it shows in the listing, I would definitely come back other times

Amazing apartment with everything you need, the decor is beautiful and everything very organized!! Isadora was a sweetheart along with her father, they left us all the way for Easter. We are extremely happy with the choice of this apartment and we will definitely return more often!
