My stay was wonderful! The apartment was super clean, fragrant and organized with care. There was nothing missing! The duvet was so warm it felt like a 🥰 hug Check-in was easy, right at the reception. Communication with Maurício was excellent: always quick and attentive. The location is great for those who want to enjoy the west side of Rio. I saw people complaining about the distance, but it's just common sense: if you want the south zone, stay there. Now, to enjoy the west side, Verano Stay is the best choice! The cost-benefit is great, with a pool, gym, sauna, grocery store and restaurant with affordable prices. The condominium is beautiful, high-end structure, "soap opera" type! And security is a strong point: a guardhouse right at the entrance of the street, always with police, in addition to all the internal care. I loved everything and I will definitely come back - and next time, I will take the whole family! ❤️

We went with the family and the apartment is really excellent!!! The photos are as they are, the place is beautiful, the building too. The hosts were very attentive and responded to everything that was needed. I wish all places were like this. We'll be back!!!

This was the perfect place for our week visit to Rio, with its central location that was 2 short blocks from the beach, large size, cleanliness, and super helpful host Stefan. We would definitely stay here again.

My second time and I can only sum it up in one word: PERFECT! It's already my favorite place when I need to sleep in Niterói! It's the best Airbnb experience anyone could wish for!! Everything is fantastic! My family and I loved it the first time and we have already repeated it…whenever we can we will come back because it is very but very top! My Airbnb experience with Carmen Lima was amazing! Excellent location, every amenity I needed, always responsive before & during my stay! Five stars & 10/10 overall.

Do not think twice. If you're lucky enough and the place has availability just book it. We've stayed at 10+ airbnbs and multiple 4 & 5 star hotels in Rio this year and this one is the rare gem that: 1. Lives up to the photos 2. Is worth what you pay 3. Is squeaky clean (I have terrible mold and dust allergies and was fine here) 4. Treats you like a guest (not an ATM). The team was responsive, gracious, and accommodating. It was concierge-level service and better than what we've experienced at hotels in Rio. The security is excellent - facial recognition. I'm a mom traveling with my 7yr old and we felt safe - just follow the rules like any city. And they've made everything incredibly easy - e g. QR code for getting onto the wifi.

Evaluation: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The location of the apartment is just great! It is very close to the main tourist spots of Petrópolis, such as the Crystal Palace, the Princess Isabel House and the Cathedral – you can do everything on foot with tranquility. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, clean and organized, which made all the difference in the stay. The hostess was super attentive and gave me all the support I needed. I really enjoyed the experience, I definitely recommend it and would go back without thinking twice!

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and was super clean. Due to a communication error on my part, I did not request a mattress for my one-year-old son, and I promptly received the mattress. The view of the sunrise, as shown in the photos, is a must-see. I highly recommend it for those who like to do activities in the landfill, and for the proximity to Catete :)

Super cozy apartment exactly as described on the site. Super clean. Condominium with excellent infrastructure and great leisure options. 24-hour security. As for the location, perfect for exploring the Industry Union on foot . The Good restaurant options are just a stone's throw away. Ana is an excellent host. I recommend it !

The space is very cozy, the room is huge, everything was very clean, the condominium is the best in the region and Denis was helpful from the beginning to the end of the stay, I will return soon.

Compliments only The apartment is Divine, Clean, Smell, Exactly as in your photos👏 In the condominium, there is Restaurant, with breakfast buffet and on weekends, there is also buffet for lunch, very good food🙌 The town is "foot in the sand" yesmm, perfect. There is an exit through its own direct condominium in Praia 🏖️😎 Various kiosks, has the Rico Sucos (best açaí from RJ) Anyway, it's worth staying with Mr. Luiz. Perfect 👏

The apartment is exactly as described, it has all the necessary amenities for a great stay (including for long stays). Excellent location, one block from the beach and close to shops (market, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Communication with Joaquim was very fast and clear, he was always very polite. On my next trip to RJ, I'll stay in the same apartment!

We were delighted with the structure of the condominium and the apartment! Everything super organized, clean beyond the staff of the condominium and Karina helpful and polite from the beginning, all the time we felt at home. We have already indicated, and we will definitely be back again soon :)

Excellent apartment, super complete (kitchen with several good appliances and all the utensils, I just felt the lack of a water dispenser). Good towels, bed linen, hygiene items in the bathroom (there was a new, sealed soap). There was even a first aid kit and an umbrella. It is two blocks from Ipanema beach and is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. I felt at home, it didn't seem like an airbnb apartment but a home, the care with the details (decoration, books, etc). It has a great smart TV in the living room, larger than indicated in the ad. It has two balconies, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The street is very busy with cars, but the windows greatly reduce the noise. I had to stay in the city for another day and the reservation was changed very quickly. I just have to thank Merc and Eva.

Very good apartment, in front of the Olympic Park. Wide, clean space. Equipment in good condition, without reservations. José Luiz's cordiality in welcoming me for check-in stood out. Extremely easy communication. I recommend it.

Fabio is a very friendly host and the apartment is well located in Ipanema. The area is walkable and I found many places to go to from there. Overall, great experience !
