The "spruce top" is situated on a large (2300m2) beautiful and enclosed natural ground surrounded by trees and with a large lawn and its own natural playground with many "hideaways" for the children. There is an outdoor shower with cold/hot water and a nice area with an outdoor sauna. Close to the sea and fjord. The house consists of 3 rooms, kitchen, living room and shower/WC. From the living room access to cozy courtyard environment and piers with washing machine. A cosy decorated holiday home with a personal touch, beautifully situated in a quiet and child-friendly environment.

Great quality house, 140 meters to Ringkøbing Fjord, lots of nature, hiking and biking routes, surfing, paddle boarding, etc., possible right outside the door. Lots of outdoor hooks so you can always find shelter. There is 1 room with a single bed, a room with a double bed and a room with 2 single beds, in addition to a loft where it can easily sleep a minimum of 2 people. Pets not allowed. There are 2 subboards and inflatable canoe for free use. There is a gas grill and the one that empties the bottle takes up again: -). 2 bikes.

we were here at the end of September with two small children. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, so we used the swimming pool every day. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is on the 1st floor and is managed by DanCenter. The reception was always available for questions. The only negative was that the caretakers always parked in front of the stairs, the only entrance entrance, and we had to lift the stroller over the car to get to the top.

We just had a wonderful holiday in this charming townhouse in Denmark and can highly recommend it, especially for families with children! The house is not only tastefully and modernly furnished, but also perfectly adapted to the needs of families. Our kids loved the playground right in front of the house where they could play safely. There were swings, a trampoline, and slides that provided hours of fun. Inside the house there was a well-stocked selection of board games, so it never got boring even on rainy days. The kitchen was fully equipped, which allowed us to cook comfortably for the whole family. We would always go on vacation here:)

A perfect place to stay the night! Just make sure if your sharing the room with someone you better get along great because it is tight quarters. A small space with every inch utilized to perfection! The stair case is a doozie though be careful if you have leg issues. The bathroom was large and spacious. It was a great night stay for me and my wife!

Charming holiday home near the North Sea, with.

The rented house had everything you need for a great and relaxing holiday, especially the kitchen was very well stocked. The location is excellent and not far from the North Sea. The fireplace and outdoor pool were our highlights. Unfortunately, the sauna did not get hot as desired or as you know it. The beds or mattresses incl. Bedding took some getting used to, among other things, the sheets didn't quite hold and you slept more or less on a topper. The communication with Jeppe went great. He + team were very eager and technical issues were responded to immediately. We highly recommend the house + Jeppe! :)

We were mega well received - clean, friendly house with bouquet of flowers and a bottle of wine, we had everything we needed- very well equipped kitchen, sauna, hobby room: dart, foosball We felt very comfortable, we could enjoy very nice bike rides.. around Ringkøbingford or shorter🤣... Beach hikes to Søndervig ... chill on the terrace or on the beach…..

We had a great time in Søndervig. The house was great, we felt right at home. There was nothing missing in the accommodation, even in bad weather it can be endured there. We particularly liked the fact that the house is very quiet and privately located. You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes and cycling in the village in 10 minutes. A clear statement recommendation, we will be happy to come back! 😊

The property is very idyllically located. The view of the countryside, the water and the horses, which are less than 50 meters away on a small pasture, was truly magical. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The house itself was very nice and clean. The large window front allowed a perfect view and the peaceful surroundings invited you to take relaxing walks. Unfortunately, there was a construction site on site and on two days there was construction noise, which was a bit disruptive. In addition, we could not darken the bedrooms, which made it difficult for children to fall asleep. Despite this little inconvenience, we had a wonderful time overall and would recommend the place.
