Huset er perfekt til ferie tæt på Vesterhavet, Skjern Å Naturpark. I efteråret 2026 er der planer om at opføre et nyt hus på nabogrund. Der kan derfor forekomme almindelig Byggestøj i dagtimer.

Der er 200 meter til Hvide Sande centrum, hvor der er adskillige butikker, fiskeauktion, fiskerihavn m.m. bager og supermarked. Der skal kun passeres 1 klitrække, før man står med fødderne i strandens hvide sand. Der er 2 soveværelser. En med dobbeltseng, og en med 2 enkelt senge. Dejlig lukket have med god læ for vinden. Hunden kan løbe frit i haven.
