Absolutely attractive, welcoming, and child-friendly home with room for both immersion and play. Large garden area. The home is located in a scenic area, with short distances to the most popular attractions, such as Legoland, Lego House and Givskud Zoo. Private deck area and fire pit. There is ample opportunity to see wildlife and bird life. There are two large bedrooms where it can sleep 3 and 4 people respectively. Baby alarm and Blackout curtains in both rooms. Kid friendly and private.

A 170 square m holiday home, 1000 Sqe m garden. Designed and set out for family holidays, in a peaceful residential area. 500m to the supermarket and summer shuttlebus stop. The house is full of games, toys/ board games, the garden is very family (and eco) friendly. Internet is provided but no TV. It sleeper 16 comfortably, 19 is possible!, 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms (4 x double sleeping sofa), laundry room, 2 covered patios. Garden seating, gas BBQ, firepit. Free parking. Pet friendly.

Little House a cosy place.

Slap af i denne frit liggende fredfyldte bolig, med alle moderne bekvemmeligheder. Fint mindre hus med 2 separate værelser, fuldt køkken, vaskerum, badeværelse og privat parkering. Ugenert plads med bord/ stole til rådighed udenfor ( fællesgrund med ejer) . Vi ligger 5 min. fra strand, havnebad sportsfaciliteter , skov og dyrepark- 10 min. fra Fanøfærge og 30 min. kørsel til Vesterhavet/ Blåvand. Gode buslinier til centrum og indkøbsmuligheder i gåafstand.

Enjoy the simplicity of life in this peaceful and centrally-located home. Large enclosed garden, free parking and close to everything in Billund. Bus station (400m), Lego House (350m), Bakery (350m), Supermarket (500m), Legoland main entrance (1200m), Lalandia (1600m), WOW Park (3km). One bathroom on the 1st floor is under renovation. Very well located holiday home in quiet surroundings, at the end of a dead end road. The house's one terrace is located to the south, and has direct access to the living room and kitchen. The second terrace is located to the north, between the house and annex, which creates cosiness and courtyard atmosphere. Cozy playground for small children. Ability to stay overnight in Shelter.
