Holiday rentals with beach access in Rincón de Guayabitos

Tenia mis dudas si estaba cerca de la playa y realmente si esta cerca esta a solo 1 cuadra, esta muy agusto, tienes una farmacia y oxxo cerca. Todo muy agusto, hay alberca y jacuzzi disponible con una vista bella. Lo malo es que debes estacionarte algo retirado si es que llueve porque comentan que se inunda, a nosotros no nos toco que lloviera por lo que dejamos nuestro auto enfrente y no tuvimos ningun inconveniente

Honestly a 10/10. Everything about this place was perfect. The view was INCREDIBLE. The whole apartment was just perfect. Definitely recommend getting a golf cart which the host provides at an extra cost! Chelsea and Vanessa the hosts were amazing and super accommodating!

Amazing little place right in Sayulita, enough off the plaza where it’s quiet but still so close to walk right into town! I absolutely loved it.

We loved staying in this adorable studio. It was clean and decorated attractively, with all amenities we could need. It’s a block from the beach but inside a gated area, so it was private. Cynthia was a wonderful, sweet host who made us feel right at home. It was hard to leave!

Todo estuvo perfecto, siempre pendientes y respondía muy rápido, el lugar definitivamente espectacular para una estancia muy agradable! Un plus que tienen sillas y sombrilla para la playa, nos fueron de gran ayuda! Definitivamente regresaría y lo recomendaría sin pensarlo. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stayed at Jamie's place with my husband and little daughter. we loved our stay, the apartment had everything we needed. it was quiet, comfy, well equipped and the pool is wonderful and clean. the spacious patio with outdoor shower is a real plus. the interior is well designed and tastefully furnished. very pleasant stay. I loved the lush plants around and the privacy they provided. I would go back there.

Las fotos de este departamento no le hacen justicia. Está más lindo en persona. Tiene todo lo que necesitas, toallas, centro de lavado, cocina bien equipada, y la cama está SUPER cómoda. Mi esposo y yo lamentamos no haber agendado toda nuestra estancia en este lugar. Dormimos como reyes, no había ruidos ni entraba la luz. La alberca está muy bonita, con una vista increíble. El gimnasio está bien equipado y hay una zona de hamacas donde puedes descansar. Cuenta con seguridad y su propio estacionamiento, y fue muy sencillo acceder. La comunicación con Sebastián y Louis fue sencilla y eficiente. Es de los mejores lugares en donde nos hemos hospedado en México. Si regresamos a Puerto Vallarta nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí.

Casa Namaste was a dream. It was walking distance to everything so after a day out under the sun at the beach or shopping around the streets, we were able to walk back to the Airbnb within minutes. The place is absolutely gorgeous and it had everything that we needed. It felt like a home away from home.

Tuvimos una gran experiencia en el alojamiento de Melanie. Es un lugar limpio que cuenta con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable, tal cual como se observa en las fotografías. Está muy bien ubicado a tan solo unas cuadras de la playa y a unos pasos de tiendas o restaurantes. La comunicación siempre fue excelente y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente durante nuestra estancia. Definitivamente volveríamos.

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

The dipping pool and view were a highlight for us. The apartment was very charming and checked all of our boxes. The road to the unit is steep but it’s a short incline that we managed in our sandals regularly. The noise at night from the bars was loud so have earplugs or headphones (I did a white noise out of mine to sleep). Sayulita is very walkable and there are a couple different beaches to take advantage of. We did a guided trail walk with yoga on the beach with Wanderlust the first day which was a great start to the trip. We also took an Uber to the Monkey Mountain hike. Would come back again and stay with Greg.

Great spot to stay, a quick walk into town. Octavio was super quick to respond to our questions. The front door lock is a bit hard to turn with my arthritic hands, but luckily my friend was able to. The hammocks were wonderful, lots of birds, wildlife, and quiet further away from the center of town!

Es el mejor alojamiento de Airbnb que he tenido, cerca el club de playa que es una joya. el mar sin olas es como una alberca gigante, las albercas impecables, cómodo el lugar, La Señora Elena es muy amable, los horarios de salida y entrada excelentes ya que se aprovechan al máximo los días, sin duda voy a regresar, la pasamos fantástico mi familia y yo.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! My wife, myself and our toddler had the best time relaxing and enjoying this beautiful home. We loved playing outside in the backyard and swimming in the pool. We cooked a lot of our meals outside on the grill and that was awesome. The hosts were very accommodating with our toddler and provided a high chair and a pack and play. We walked around and explored the nearby areas including some restaurants, shops and the beach. We felt very safe and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. We are so glad that we found this gem and had the time we did here. We will definitely be back!

Great location. It is in the middle of everything . It is a very quiet neighborhood . Very nice Airbnb and would def recommend.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The place was well kept and very comfortable. The amenities with the pool and hot tub were great as well. Just a short walk to the beach and many options for dinner and activities.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this condo! The space was clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The view from the balcony was gorgeous with downright amazing sunsets. The location is perfect for Zona Romantica as it's close to all the beach clubs, our favorite Restaurants La Palapa and Daquiri Dicks, and an easy walk to all the other restaurants, bars, and clubs, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host and property manager were incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication super easy. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. I would absolutely book this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great home base in Puerto Vallarta! Thank you Mike and Moises!

We would not hesitate to come back to Pier 57. The place was modern and functional. Right in the middle of the best beach in Peurto Vallarta. The rooftop pool had amazing views and was one of the most unique spots I have ever been.

The main reason that we stayed here was because of the 3 beautiful and spacious pools and beach access. We were mindful that the living space was small, but it was made up with amenities. Juan Pablo was very accommodating and was attentive to respond to any of our questions. We will definitely be returning for future Nuevo Vallarta trips. The security of the condominium was very assuring and would definitely recommend for families.

super bonito el departamento, con todo lo que uno necesita; está igual que las fotos.. el día que llegamos encontramos una canastita con detalles como palomitas, dulces de menta, te etc.. nos pareció INCREÍBLE. Yessica siempre pendiente y super linda y amable y los muchachos de mantenimiento y personal de Tizate TIPAZOSSSSS.. Claro que volveríamos.
