I've stayed before and would stay again! The home has the perfect Mexican charm with a great view that's centrally located to great restaurants and the Malecon. Eva, as always is super welcoming and makes you feel at home with helpful/local recommendations.

Awesome stay. Great place, better than the pictures, insane sunset. Lots of stairs but not as bad as others comment. On the quieter side of Sayulita which is always appreciated given how busy it gets. 5 min to the beach. we will be back!

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, I saw it a little bigger, however it is not something that affects, very clean, nice and comfortable, it has everything you need to be there comfortably, the host was always kind at all times and recommended places to go to eat, tours, etc and 10/10, I highly recommend the place, the only bad thing about the beach is that it is full of many stones, the building facilities are clean and the heated pool is always clean

Very nice place, there is an oxxo and a Walmart very close. We enjoyed our stay very much and would go again. I appreciate the attention of always being attentive

A fantastic place, it's very close to the beach and the pool on the seventh floor is amazing. We also liked that there was someone at the reception 24/7. We'd be happy to come back!

A very nice place, comfortable, safe and very quiet. It is located in good area, close to the beach, there was constant communication and good treatment. The pool area is very comfortable. I liked that in this area you can rest very well since it is not close to where there is usually more alborto (in the commercial area). I'm left with a good impression and of course I would come back to this place.

This unit has beautiful ocean bay views, and the sunsets were amazing! The place accurately matches the photos and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. It is in a busy neighborhood so there is plenty to do within a short walk in all directions. While the frameless sliding glass doors are nice for views, there was noticeable street noise at night that might be a consideration for light sleepers. The building lobby and roof terrace are a nice experience, and roof top pool is a superb place to relax. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay in Puerto Vallarta. Thank you!

Amazing place, grear condo and excellent people at place.

The place is very nice, beautiful ocean views, well furnished and kitchen well equipped. Lots of space with two sizable bedrooms and baths. Highly recommended, and very good value.

Excellent accommodation very spacious and comfortable ideal for long-term stays and very accessible for short term had a microwave and electric oven, very large terrace with an excellent view of the sea, very spacious dining room on the terrace and the Bolongo development is very comfortable and very familiar

The condo was great! We loved the view from the rooftop pool!!! It’s in a wonderful location to walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. The romantic zone area is very lgbtq friendly if that’s what you are into this is a perfect place for you.

Absolutely one of the most gorgeous Airbnbs I ever stayed at. I can't say enough about the place itself, just architecturally a stunning structure built onto the mountains above Puerto Vallarta, and so beautifully appointed. We were so happy just to spend time in our unit with its open, breezy deck and the view of the city and the ocean, and the common spaces are great too. Went into the dipping pool several times on the hot days. Also Susan herself is a terrific host, immediately responsive through messages and with tons of great suggestions for time spent in town. And her staff, Felipa and Ismael, were lovely and kept the place in great shape. Location is terrific for a twelve minute (steep) walk or four minute car ride into Zona Romantica which is basically paradise for a lover of street tacos (me). We could hear music from nearby hotels in the daytime. But was a great time on our honeymoon week adventuring from and relaxing at Casa de los Arcos, and we'll return when in PV again.
