Beautiful chateau with a stunning view of the fjord and lots of room for everyone. Large kitchen, lovely balconies and a great jacuzzi. Note that the upstairs bedroom can sleep 7 comfortably but it is more or less one big room with an alcove where two of the beds are a bit separated but not really in a separate bedroom. This was not a problem for us - we are a family of 4 and each person had their own completely private bedroom but is worth noting for larger groups. Also air conditioning is only in the living room - this was also not a problem as the nights were wonderfully cool and we just opened the windows, but might be challenging in hotter phases of the year.

We loved your stay at MontFjord. The chalet is very beautiful, impeccable in terms of cleanliness and the view is breathtaking. Chantal was very considerate and we enjoyed her welcome as well as her good advice. We highly recommend this place, we will come back, that's for sure!

Our hosts were really nice and their house is superb. We spent 2 wonderful days with my family. The animals nearby are really a plus, and it also gives character to the location. Thanks for the stay.

Eric and Natali's cottage is ideally located for swimming, kayaking, boating, etc. on beautiful Lac Baker. Although the location is tranquil, it is also convenient - 15 minutes or less drive from several area markets and within day tripping distance of many interesting sights in the area. The cottage has lovely indoor and outdoor areas to sit and relax while enjoying the views and intermittent serenades from the loons. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the chairs and sofas offer many sitting/lounging options to satisfy everyone. We especially enjoyed having access to the kayaks and watching sunrise and sunset over Lac Baker. Thank you for hosting us, and we look forward to visiting again!

Loved our stay! The house was warm and welcoming, the view and location, exceptional. Nath responded promptly when we had questions. It is really a fantastic place to recharge your batteries as a family, where you can reconnect with the simple little joys, such as the polite glass hunt on the beach. This property was the perfect halfway point for us to meet our friends, with both parties traveling equal distances. The listing was accurately described, and the host was very responsive—proactively informing us in advance that an amenity might be out of service. In the end, everything worked out fine, but her thoughtfulness was appreciated by all of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the near future.

Great place to stay, you can acces local snowmobile trails from the house.

This chalet is ideally located in front of the river, with a very low traffic street at the front of the property. We loved watching the changes in the scenery over the weather and going for a walk on the beach. The cottage is very spacious, tastefully decorated and well-equipped.

Great spacious house in a great location, walking distance to the water and a 13 km trail. House had everything you needed; pots, pans, oils and spices. I can’t wait to stay again!

Thank you for everything! The place is beautiful, a stone's throw from the Cabaourons trail. The place is great, large, spacious and bright. There are all sorts of little touches that make the difference: spices, tupperware, condiments in the fridge. It's greatly appreciated!

Claudie’s home was exactly what we were looking for. Off the beaten path, cozy, and a beautiful view to lose yourself in. We are a family of four and while small, the space worked just fine for us. We spent a day exploring Tadoussac and kayaking and another white water rafting outside of Saguenay. We used the grill each night to prepare dinner but heard lovely things about the restaurant at the pier in walking distance. Would highly recommend!
