Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Nice place, very clean & safe. Clear instructions given along with a video and photos helping find the place easily. Was our home away from home for a few days. Gianluca was extremely responsive and very helpful with directions. Would definitely stay again if we were back in Rome & would highly recommend Gianluca’s place. Cala and Patrizias house is truly a hidden gem. It is an ideal location for a group trip/big family trip, as the spacious house has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, lounge groups, dining areas to seat many people, etc. We felt so safe and taken care of, as Patrizia responded quickly to all our questions and needs, and the caretaker Mario helped us with heating and so on upon request. I really hope I can return here some time, the surroundings were just so peaceful and beautiful, as are the house. We had dinner at the local restaurant (about 7-10 minutes walk) in the tiny village the house is located by one evening, which we recommend. A drink at Willy's bar afterwards should be mandatory. We can not recommend hiring chef Samulele (ask Patrizia to send his brochure) enough. He and his souz chef Katia made an amazing Italian dinner with wine-pairing at the villa. He also organized a trip to a local winery for us which was just perfect!

Fantastic place in an amazing location!!! Walking distance to everything you need. Karina was so kind and full of recommendations!! She even booked us a reservation on our first night which turned out to be fantastic!!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

We loved our stay at this cute cottage with beautiful views! We were kindly welcomed by Michele's sister. We got some fun tips to do in the area. The parents, who live in the yard, were ( just like the sister) very friendly, cheerful and helpful. They even washed clothes for us. Beds sleep well. All necessary items are provided. We would highly recommend Michele's property.

This apartment was perfect for our visit to Rome. The area is quiet and we felt safe. You can walk quietly to tourist sites and there is a nearby metro station. The place is very nice and nice, you feel at home. Everything worked perfect.

Super nice accommodation with private roof terrace, table tennis table in the courtyard and super accessibility to public transport and 24/7 grocery stores. We were allowed to arrive at eight and everything we needed was available in the accommodation. From towels and bedding with enough sleeping space for all of us to cosmetics and kitchen utensils. Place was very clean and air conditioned. We also liked the fast and uncomplicated exchange with the host and the flexible check-in and check-out. Gladly again!

We had a lovely stay here during a longer Rome stop on our trip to Italy! The location is excellent: close to the metro, lots of frequent bus options to key spots in the city, and a very short walk to the Vatican. We stocked up on a few essentials at the nearby Carrefour, but otherwise ate at restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood or further afield. Franco and his son, Francesco, made check-in and check-out a breeze. Francesco was there to greet us and show us around the apartment, and made himself available for any apartment or Rome questions. Franco checked in during our stay to make sure we were all set. We will recommend this apartment to friends visiting Rome!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with a gracious, welcoming host and a beautiful space to enjoy, this is it!

Simply amazing farmhouse, even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Orietta is very kind and available in all our requests,she did everything to make us find the pool active, despite the uncertain weather, we used it throughout the stay! Very well-kept outdoor spaces, comfortable and spacious rooms, if I may give a tip I would suggest changing really uncomfortable pillows and mattresses and pay more attention to the cleanliness of really inaccurate rooms and bathrooms. Cmq highly recommend!!!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment. My wife and I were in Rome for a celebration and Martina went above and beyond with special treats and gifts waiting for us. We didn't meet Martina in person for check in as she was working but she was in contact with us through e-mail. Martina's mother met us at the apartment instead and gave us a thorough check in. She was absolutely lovely. The apartment itself is wonderful and has the added bonus of aircon and a gorgeous terrace to relax on and enjoy the views. It has a well equipped kitchen and the apartment is a good size. The metro is a short walk from the apartment and is very easy to use. You can be in the city centre in just a short time. All of the Rome attractions are easy to get to using either bus or metro from the apartment. All in all we has the most wonderful holiday.

Arriving at Alberto and Tiziana's chalet is like entering a fairy tale... the house is very welcoming... the enchanted forest... the pool kept us company in the hottest hours. Top host for availability and kindness...we will be back as soon as possible.

A cozy place that was built with lots of passion and love. I had an amazing stay in Rome, had the pleasure of meeting Cristiana & Pietro who made sure I would feel at home, gave me a list of al the nicest not so touristy spots to see and eat at (as per my inquiry) and made sure I make the best of my holiday. ♥️

We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

We spent a long weekend at this place for a wedding-ceremony with our families The place is a lot more beutiful than you are led to believe by the pictures, but to be honest the thing that really did it for us was the constant care of Valerie. She was fast to answer questions and extras before our stay there, but during the stay she and the rest of the staff was just great. All of us fel very welcome and everytime we asked for something it was met with a smile. We could truly focus on our families and our wedding and everything else was just fast and easily taken care. If I could give more than 5 stars to the hospitality, Valerie and the staff I would. We are just ever thankful!

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

Immaculate accommodation in beautiful surroundings. The views are incredible. The hosts were very thoughtful and the house was large and had almost everything one would want. The hosts live in a house across the courtyard. The pool is clean and good for swimming with comfortable loungers all overlooking that view. Last but definitely not least there is a friendly, silly labrador called Gino to make you feel at home. Thank you Luigia, Armando and Gino.

We were lucky to stay with our children at Jette's property surrounded by olive trees, a large and beautiful swimming pool, flowers and a view that cannot be compared to anything else. Jette and Antonio were friendly hosts where they welcomed us late at night with open arms and with great hospitality. We communicated well in advance and started the first breakfast with homemade apricot jam and bread that they were kind enough to fix for us before arrival. We wanted to experience the authentic Italy, which we absolutely did in terms of area, culture and food - all based on tips from Jette and her husband. We highly recommend this place, we will be back soon 😊

If you are looking for the perfect spot for adults and kids, this villa is your place! My family and I had an amazing stay at Antonia’s villa. We had 3 families, including 5 kids aged 1 to 5. The villa is spacious, lots of room for everyone to spread out. Well equipped for children, including all the amenities you would need for young ones. The pool and lounge area overlook a breathtaking view! The animals were a big hit for the children, along with the fruit trees. Adrian brought a smile every morning bringing us fresh eggs, providing food for the animals (for the kids to feed), attending to the pool and grounds, and making sure we had everything we needed. We had Roberta cook us a 5 course meal one night, and the experience was amazing, authentic fresh Italian food enjoyed by all! Antonia is absolutely lovely, we met with her to purchase some of their olive oil. She made us feel at home and was great to communicate with! We had a dream vacation in Italy thanks to Antonia’s!

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

I cannot say enough about how perfect the property was for our family. Spacious, homey, the pool was amazing, and the ping pong table was a great addition for our kids! There were games, books, cards all available for our use. They connected us with a chef for a cooking class at the house that was incredible. They were quick to respond and help throughout our time. I am so grateful for our time there and would 100% recommend and return!
