A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

In the winter, it is particularly nice to enjoy the fire after a trip to Rügen or Usedom. In the evening, in the clear sky, it is worth going outside and admiring the stars in the deep darkness. In summer, children have plenty of space to play indoors and outdoors; from July, the swimming pond will also go into operation.

Vacation home for 12 people, Baltic Sea with boat and sauna

My place is close to Greifswald. 220m2 cottage right on the water for max. 12 people. Between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The tenants have a rowing boat on site and from February 2018 a sauna in the sauna house. You'll love my place because of pure nature and pure peace, no traffic, the waterfront location unique. Our house is good for family and groups.

Very nice landlord who allowed us earlier access to the apartment. The location is great, very centrally located and the city center and harbor are within walking distance. The apartment is extremely quiet overall and the roof terrace is a dream. You have the feeling that you are floating above the roofs of Greifswald.

The accommodation was an oasis of relaxation. Mirko and Andrea are very warm and hard-working hosts, they were always easily accessible and had many recommendations for activities and culinary delights in the area. You always had great conversations with the two of them and you felt welcome at all times. The sauna is pure wellness, as is the small ranch with its particularly beautiful garden, which you have to experience, photos alone hardly give this beautiful spot of earth. Also in the kitchen, bathroom and sleeping area, everything was lovingly furnished and we lacked nothing. We will definitely come back because it was super nice. We can only recommend this accommodation to everyone. Achim and Bianca

Sandrino was always easy to reach and was always available for questions. He is a very nice host. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of utensils with everything you need in everyday life. A highlight of the Airbnb was the great big shower. Overall, there is a small, beautiful, quiet place with views to the Baltic Sea.

A charming gem in a quiet and relaxing location! Our personal highlight was the new wellness area with a great sauna and swimming pond in the spacious garden. The location of the accommodation is close to nature and idyllic, at the same time a perfect and central starting point for discovery tours on the island. An absolute recommendation - we will be happy to come back!
