It is a beautiful apartment, cozy and lots of space. Anything you need is present. The apartment is separate from the hotel where the manager lives? Restaurants and shops nearby. Good base for getaways in the region.

Thoroughly enjoyed Regensburg and Rosie’s spacious Airbnb. Great central location in a beautiful 500 year old restored apartment. We also appreciated the washing machine and very large heated towel rack to dry our laundry. Bed was comfy and slippers were provided as well as umbrellas

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Regensburg this is it! It is very centrally located in old town close to all the sights and very walkable. There are a few markets just down the street. The apartment is spacious, private, clean and well stocked. Super easy check-in and Alwin and his son were very helpful as well.

We had a wonderful stay. the apartment was immaculate and exactly as described and shown in the photos. The owner lives onsite and was very pleasant to deal with and always helpful. All communication was simple and timely. The washer and dryer inside the unit was a bonus, as was the fully equipped kitchen. The apartment had a nice balcony/ deck area which provided a peaceful view of adjacent farmland. Also, while located in a smaller village just a short drive from Sinzing it was very convenient for groceries and other things, as well. There are several nice traditional restaurants in the area and it served as a great base to explore Regensburg and the Bavarian forest area. The location could not be better with easy walking distance to station and to town, with a handy gap in the town hall opposite. Oliver has gone the extra mile to fit out the apartment which has all one needs

We stayed a week at David’s apartment and really enjoyed it. The self check in process was simple but we got a chance to meet David a few days later. He is super nice and helpful. Even though it was June, it was cold in Regensburg during most of our stay. Even with the heaters on, the apartment was still a little colder than what we prefer. The apartment is very cavelike with small windows overlooking two small courtyards but the interior lighting is very bright to compensate. The WiFi was good, bed comfortable and there was enough hot water. Overall the apartment is very comfortable and the location close to the Danube is excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

Great for families - we enjoyed our stay a lot

Beautiful accommodation for many people, especially suitable for family celebrations! We have rarely stayed in such a well-appointed AirBnB. Especially for the children, there were all kinds of play opportunities both indoors and outdoors. The fantastic large garden invites you to linger in the summer or to relax in the evening. It really felt like home. There are pizzerias and ice cream parlors nearby, and also a lot to explore. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is very cozy, but modern. We especially loved the automatic pellet stove, which provided comfort in the morning and evening. The landlord responded immediately and very friendly to a request. We will definitely be back! Family B.

We were at the Hexenhäuschen over the Pentecost weekend. The house is very lovingly renovated and furnished. We immediately felt at home. Thanks to the tranquility and beautiful surroundings, we recovered wonderfully. We will be happy to come back!

We recently stayed 5 nights at the Hideaway in the Heart of Landshut. The house was truly wonderful! We went with 5 people spanning 3 generations and the setup was perfect. The ground floor and 1st floor are almost like separate apartments so worked great to have Grandparents on the bottom floor, parents on the first floor (second floor for you Americans) and the kids in the top attic floor. The proximity to the old city of Landshut was amazing! 1 minute walk to the Cathedral of St. Martin’s. Restaurants close everywhere and shopping as well. The Amenities were also terrific. The Kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable, and appliances to satisfy everyone including washer/dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and espresso machine. In addition parking is included in a nearby garage. My family and I highly recommend this destination and will be coming back again soon.

Beautiful house in a very quiet area. You have to go a little further to do your shopping, but you get peace and quiet in return. The horses that occasionally grazed in the garden (they first ask if you are okay with that) made it complete. Highly recommended for hikers, cyclists and those seeking peace and quiet.

If you are looking for a relaxing place with a few people, you will be super satisfied here. The house and furniture are a little older but very clean. The sauna use was also mega!:)

The house is wonderful, spacious, warm and beautifully furnished, everything you need is there and more besides. And a lovely sauna! Very kind and responsive hosts, they sorted out a minor hitch for us very promptly. They were friendly and helpful, left us to it but were there if we needed anything. Can't fault it at all, thank you so much, we had a great stay.

We needed a place to stay for the Regensburg Marathon and this was perfect. The location, the flat and Regensburg were amazing.

Beautiful Neuburg isn’t in many foreign guide books and maybe we should keep it that way. The apartment is smack bang in the middle of the old town but the contrast couldn’t be bigger: it is very up-to-date and has amenities that older folks (like us) don’t even know (listening to your favorite music under the shower???) Anyway, it’s beautiful and comfortable. We loved the BIG table, the couches in the television corner, the two small chairs at the entrance when you climbed 3 stories and needed (and wanted!) to take your shoes off. Simply great.

It's a gorgeous apartment! Simply super nicely decorated, you immediately feel at home. It was all spotlessly clean. The surroundings and the location were great. Quiet location, beautiful parking situation and very quiet. The blinds on the windows allowed you to darken everything well. In kitchen there is everything, cooking utensils really at their best. We'd love to come back next time! I would highly recommend anyone.

There are several apartments in the house. The balcony is shared with another apartment, the garden anyway. Since smoking is allowed on the balcony and in the garden, we left before moving in. The landlords were very friendly and understanding and proactively initiated the free cancellation with Airbnb in agreement with us. Otherwise a very nice area. We only saw the apartment briefly, as Michaela was still cleaning when we arrived.
