This particularly beautiful and quietly located apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the old castle and the Martinskirche. In the attic apartment there are 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The center of the apartment is a spacious living room with an open kitchen. In addition to a dishwasher, stove and microwave, you will find everything you need. Under the old walnut tree you can relax in peace even on hot summer days. A dining and barbecue area is available for use.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Welcome to the lake house! Our small hideaway is a renovated duplex architect's house from 1964 with an open gallery, freestanding bathtub, Swedish stove, large wooden terrace and wonderfully green garden. It is equipped with furniture made of natural materials, selected vintage pieces and ceramics. Our focus is on slow living and eco travel. The lake house is an owner-managed accommodation with a lot of love for detail.

You will live in the countryside in a very quiet and cozy 60 m² apartment in the annex. Ideal for switching off. The adjacent Haßberg with its many paths invites you to hike or cycle. Linens and towels are included. Fast Wi-Fi with up to 100 Mbit/s is also available free of charge. The access data is available in the apartment. The apartment offers a bedroom with a large double bed on the 1st floor, 2 more bedrooms are located in the attic. The spacious living and dining area has a south-facing balcony and a large west-facing loggia. In winter, a tiled stove offers coziness. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge-freezer. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

Bundorf Castle Mill

Our holiday home is a more than 200 years old former water mill in the hilly landscape of the Franconian Hassberge. Where previously the flour was ground for the estate of the Bundorfer Castle, today up to 12 guests can relax on 250 sqm in the elegant salon, the open kitchen with cozy breakfast room and 6 bedrooms. From your own garden, you can look out at the castle and its park.

"Rothhäuser Mühle" (Bavaria, Lower Franconia)

The property "Rothhäuser Mühle" consists of two adjoining cottages: The large "main house" for up to 11 people and the smaller "basket house" for 4 people. Due to the spacious and open design of the living-dining area and the high-quality equipped kitchen, the house is also ideal for family gatherings. By the way, there is a very good party service in the neighboring village.
