Apartment in the coach house

This particularly beautiful and quietly located apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the old castle and the Martinskirche. In the attic apartment there are 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The center of the apartment is a spacious living room with an open kitchen. In addition to a dishwasher, stove and microwave, you will find everything you need. Under the old walnut tree you can relax in peace even on hot summer days. A dining and barbecue area is available for use.

Farm community in old mill

Stay in the middle of a farm community in an old mill and enjoy the idyll and nature that surrounds us. There is a lot to discover on a tour: the old mill and fortifications, fields for growing vegetables, our small summer mill café (open on Sundays) and, last but not least, our flock of chickens. The accommodation can accommodate 8 people plus 2 small children and can be combined with additional vacation accommodations/guest rooms if needed (see listing "Relax and Enjoy")

Additionally, you will have access to a private pool, hot tub, and sauna cabin. The nearby Ellertshäuser Lake, just 2 km away, offers plenty of action. Various cycling and hiking trails, castles, palaces, and much more invite you to enjoy a pleasant day trip.

Vacation home on the edge of a vacation home area. About 1 km from the nearest village of Sulzdorf. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .

Welcome to the lake house! Our small hideaway is a renovated duplex architect's house from 1964 with an open gallery, freestanding bathtub, Swedish stove, large wooden terrace and wonderfully green garden. It is equipped with furniture made of natural materials, selected vintage pieces and ceramics. Our focus is on slow living and eco travel. The lake house is an owner-managed accommodation with a lot of love for detail.

Vacation home on Haßberg with balcony

You will live in the countryside in a very quiet and cozy 60 m² apartment in the annex. Ideal for switching off. The adjacent Haßberg with its many paths invites you to hike or cycle. Linens and towels are included. Fast Wi-Fi with up to 100 Mbit/s is also available free of charge. The access data is available in the apartment. We would appreciate it if you could let us know the approximate arrival time in advance.

Kleinmünster vacation home (on the edge of the Haßberge)

The apartment offers a bedroom with a large double bed on the 1st floor, 2 more bedrooms are located in the attic. The spacious living and dining area has a south-facing balcony and a large west-facing loggia. In winter, a tiled stove offers coziness. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge-freezer. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

Bundorf Castle Mill

Our holiday home is a more than 200 years old former water mill in the hilly landscape of the Franconian Hassberge. Where previously the flour was ground for the estate of the Bundorfer Castle, today up to 12 guests can relax on 250 sqm in the elegant salon, the open kitchen with cozy breakfast room and 6 bedrooms. From your own garden, you can look out at the castle and its park.
