Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rice Lake

We stayed for 5 days. The attention to cleanliness was above and beyond!! It wasn'tcleaned up.... it was detailed!!! All the products in the house (cleaning, washing and bathing) are chemical free. Felt like a generous amenity. Ninja non-stick pots and pans.... loved them! Communications with Diana made us feel like she genuinely loved us being there. She encouraged us to take full advantage of the house and its amenities. 100% worth the cost. House has a view over the lake. We rented in winter but there's a sizeable yard alongside the lake. Would be awesome to come back and relax in the summer. All the essentials were within 2 mnts of the place: bar and grill, bar, gas station and grocery store. Less then 10mnts from downtown. Great experience and pleasant stay!!

The apartment was comfortable and clean, would definitely recommend. My two small kids fit on the sofa bed, but it is a very small one!

Host responded quickly to our questions. The place was clean and comfortable, perfect place for us to stay while exploring the area. Great parks, hiking and shopping in walkable distance.

It is rare to find a quaint and cozy place to stay like the Nordic Nook. I love antiques, so the original hardwood floors, plaster walls, antique living room ceiling light were delightful. The bathroom and kitchen were remodeled, yet fit perfectly into the charm of the house. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable with lovely linens. Plenty of reading material and places they recommended to see. Their communication was above average, which we appreciated.

The Bear Den is an out of the way gem. It was close enough to all the outdoor activities yet out of the way enough to be quiet and relaxing. The apartment was clean and well furnished. My family enjoyed the sofas and the big screen TV. There were even games to play. We had a terrific stay.

it was the perfect place to stay for our Early Childhood Conference at Stout! Walking distance to Stout, and we loved that the bar was right downstairs and another across the street! Super Clean, cute, comfy place! My only critique would be that the parking lot instructions were more clear. Since we were there for the UW Stout conference, when the instructions said LOT 1 was for the parking pass, we saw LOT 1 for campus parking(which was on the same street as LOT 1 city parking) The instructions said look for the Large chimney, which was located in UW LOT 1. We ended up with a parking ticket, but Abby was quick to respond when we asked about it and said she would try to get it figured out. Simple misunderstanding, and just something to update details in the parking instructions for us simple minded MN folk! We would definitely book another stay!

JoEllen's place was great and she was such a wonderful host. The location was perfect for what we needed it to be. We will definitely be back again!

Our friend group had a great weekend stay! The place is very spacious and we didn't feel cramped at all even with a big group. We all agreed we would love to visit again!

My wife and I just stayed at FishTail Lodge! It was Perfect! Pictures were exactly how the cabin appeared. Tom is an amazing host who responds to any question quickly. Check in and Check out was easy. The Cabin is in a Wonderful location and is spotless. There is so much to do within the property itself. From Relaxing at the fire pit, to the screened in porch or on the pontoon. There is a pool table, darts, and ample games and movies. The beds are amazingly comfortable. We have rented other cabins in the past, I would say, without question, this is the best place we have rented in every aspect. If you are reading reviews in order to help decide if this is the place. . . This IS the place! Rent it! You won't be disappointed.

We had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed—exactly like the photos, but even better in person. One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub—clean, private, and perfect for relaxing after long days of exploring. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Everything we needed was there—from soft towels and comfy beds to a well-stocked kitchen. The location was quiet and peaceful. Whether you’re here to unwind or adventure, this spot is a perfect home base. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable stay!

Our stay was fantastic, the photos don't do the space justice though. The spaces are very open, clean, and not cluttered. Everything was in working order. The bathroom had amazing water pressure and there were tons of towels in the house. I think every bedroom had their own stack available plus those that were in the bathroom. I'm sensitive to scents and there were no air fresheners and the sheets were only lightly scented. For accessibility, there are stairs leading up to the porch without a ramp but the entire first floor was accessible with no steps or lips on the doors. The bathroom doesn't have grab bars. The kitchen has all the basics. If you come with a larger group (there were just 2 of us) maybe bring some additional cutlery along with you. Some basics have been left by past stayers so I'm not sure if it's normally kept stocked with things like olive oil, salt, pepper, etc. The only issue we had was the power went out but Amanda kept us updated. She's great!

Our stay was everything we were looking for plus some additional amenities! It's hard to find a place that can accommodate our dogs and feels safe for our 2 year old but this cabin was fun and relaxing for everyone. We will definitely be coming back

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and the bed was comfy! Loved the coffee selection in the mornings. Over all our stay was a 10 out of 10!!

The house served us well while we were in Chetek visiting family. It was comfortable and clean. We walked to the shops in town.

The place is very clean and modern. Pixie is extremely responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Great location, great place, and great people. I highly recommend the condos on Long Lake.

We loved our stay here. It was so peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed being close to where my husband was working, and going to Iron's with some friends. The place was super comfortable and felt like home. Would definitely stay again!!

Had a great stay for graduation. Unbeatable location right next to campus, plenty of parking and space for the 5 guests we had. Check in and check out were a breeze. Would stay again!

This was a great condo. It is clean and well stocked. It is close to the lake and docking the boat was easy.

I loved Linda's place. I needed a home base to hike the Ice Age Trail. October is the perfect time and Linda's place is the perfect base. The Trail passes right in front of the resort. I enjoyed the pool and the hot tub after a long day of hiking. There are some great local restaurants. I will stay again.

We had a great stay during week of 4th of July. Lots of backyard space to set up bean bags and spike ball while also having lawn chairs out. Had lots of dock space for our boat. View and proximity to the river was beautiful and campfire right next to the lake with the loons was magical. Kitchen had all the appliances and utensils/dishes/etc we needed. There were lots of extra helpful items that folks left behind like shampoo/soap for others to use. Check in and check out were very simple. We really didn’t have any questions but owner was responsive when I did message back and forth. We liked the space inside. If I had to say there was anything we wished for during the week it was a second bathroom (had 6-7 people) but we knew going in so not really a complaint. Would definitely stay again!

Teri’s place was absolutely perfect! I used it to get ready for my wedding and it was such a gem. From the view of the lake to all of the rooms and bathrooms to get ready in it was exactly what we needed. The place was so big and clean. Teri and Lisa were great at providing the information that we needed. Tagalong has a lot to do as well and Birchwood is a beautiful place. Would absolutely stay here again.
