Luca was a great host. The apartment was very lovingly decorated and very clean. The location and view is fantastic. We felt very comfortable during our stay, and Luca was quick to reach if we had any questions. We will keep the holiday in great memory.

We loved our stay. It was peaceful and spacious with stunning views which is exactly what we were looking for! If you’re looking for a local spot without crowds of tourists this is the one. We day tripped to Parma which was great and the nearby towns are great for walking. The host helped us book all of our dinner and lunch reservations - we HIGHLY recommend Trattoria Serena di Borghi Quinto - it was incredible and very clearly homemade for the locals. Thanks you Simona & Mathieu!

The place has all the comforts, clean and furnished with care. The location is ideal, being close to the train station and the center of Moneglia. Absolutely appreciate the parking space in the garage.

Our stay in Cinque Terre, Bracco at Stefano's place was great. Stefano and his family were very nice and welcoming. Check-in went without any problems, Stefano explained everything to us perfectly and guided us. The apartment was clean, we had everything we needed and the view of the bay is unique. The place of accommodation is very convenient both for a trip to the Cinque Terre and for trips to the sea and swimming. We highly recommend the accommodation.

We had a pleasant stay with a large apartment and a small, cozy outdoor area. Very, very good welcome from Marcello. He gave us the keys himself and not in a key box which is impersonal. Very good communication with Marcello, very available to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

Marco's place is one-of-a-kind, a small house equipped with everything above the beach resort, right on the beach, offers the possibility to eat on your private terrace overlooking the sea, the excellent restaurant (excellent fish!!) right next to the resort offers the service of bringing you the restaurant dishes to your home!!! Federico and Giuseppe were exceptional, always ready and smiling like all of Marco's staff, truly unparalleled, the host also proved incredibly flexible for every type of situation really 6 stars! it was just like being at home, but at the seaside!! The apartment is equipped with all amenities and really equipped with anything, the location is amazing!! Once you cross the road you are on the promenade and on foot you can easily get everywhere. I have two small children and in the apartment I found all the comforts for them too... dishes, cot, sheets etc... also the communication with Agnese, Davide's co-host, was really always responsive, very friendly and helpful to make the most of our stay. We will definitely be back!!

An absolutely stunning place! Despite all the glowing reviews, they can’t fully capture the experience of staying here. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a luxurious estate. The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. The villa has a great story behind it, and the tower with its stunning views, gives the whole place such a unique feel. As a family of five and one baby, we all had our own private rooms and bathrooms which were stylish, clean and extremely comfortable. We loved how much thought had gone into everything and the little extras provided. You could relax or stay busy-it had the best of both. Simona (our host) was so friendly and helpful, quick to respond and was always around if we needed anything. She made us feel very welcome. We would all recommend Village Porto Rapallo if you’re looking for a unique place to stay for a special occasion that’s full of character.

We spent a wonderful 8 days in the apartment. The apartment was in a very good and well maintained condition. The apartment is modern and we felt very comfortable from the first minute. As a family of five with dog companions, the apartment offers enough space with its three bedrooms, a large living room and kitchen-living room as well as three balconies. The beach and promenade are within walking distance in about 5 minutes. Despite its direct location by the sea and promenade, it is very quiet as the building is located on a side street to the marina. From the balcony, you have a unique view to the sea. Around the corner of the apartment is a small grocery store where you can buy very good and fresh food. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back anytime.

A really impeccable stay! The house is simply perfect: cared for in every detail and incredibly well-equipped — I have never found such a complete accommodation, with everything you need (and more!) to feel truly at home. The owner was very kind and always attentive to everything, available and caring from the first to the last moment. A rare hospitality that really makes a difference. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness and authentic hospitality. I would go back without thinking twice!

We really enjoyed our stay and the lovely apartment. Lisa meant us at check in and throughout our stay was extremely helpful and very responsive to our questions and had wonderful recommendations. There was all sorts of treats & were well stocked for cooking needs. Probably the best I have ever seen. In a quiet location but close to a tram stop for a quick ride to the old city. Don't miss the gelato just a short walk from the stay. Excellent and highly recommended!

The home was exactly what I was looking, a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy nature. Close to all the places you might need to get to in the area e.g. Camogli, Portofino, Santa Margherita etc. If you don’t have a 4x4 you can leave the car in a free on street parking spot (which is a luxury for the area) and walk a couple of minutes to the home like we did, no big deal it’s part of the experience. If you have a 4x4 you can drive directly to the home. Alice and Jeo were always happy to help. The home has clearly been recently renovated and furnished with good taste and most importantly it was clean. I would certainly recomend it to fellow travellers.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Recco! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed – the location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and still close to the sea and town. The garden is truly a little paradise – immaculately maintained with so much care and attention to detail. One of the highlights was definitely the pool: crystal clear, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. The entire property radiates peace and quality, and it’s clear that a lot of love has gone into its upkeep and design. We felt completely at home from the very beginning and would love to come back!

The stay was wonderful, the owner was always available and very kind and offered us artiginal products made by her. The chalet was clean and equipped with everything needed for a great stay. It's in a perfect location to relax.

Beautiful villa on a hill, with stunning views of the coast. The house is lovely. The furniture is a little old , but functional. An individual bathroom for each bedroom. Possibility to accommodate 12 people (8 in the main house and 2x2 people in two small annexes with kitchen and bathrooms) Beautiful and large pool, well maintained (unfortunately the waterfalls visible in the photos no longer works). Private, old, but functional tennis court. A little paradise for a holiday with friends or family. The downsides: - Communication as to the reception of the key was not at all clear. Which was a little scary. In the end, someone contacted us on the day by text message, and everything went smoothly. - the significant cleaning fee of €820 required to be added to the rental price. - the situation removed from the house is pleasant, but requires the use of a car for travel.

Wonderful host, she was so helpful, kind, and understanding. We had a hard time finding a taxi and were over an hour late to meet the host at the house to exchange keys, and she was nothing but gracious and even tried several times to help call us a taxi. She gave us amazing recommendations and even helped us figure out the bus systems to get to the train station. The house was beautiful and comfortable, 100% worth the price.

We felt very comfortable with Tiziana from start to finish. The discreet friendly nature of Tiziana was extremely pleasant. The stylish and artistically furnished apartment has everything you need. The property is 10-15 minutes by bike from Beach away and 5 minutes by bike from the beautiful old town of Pietrasanta. Tiziana's tips for art and culture were very helpful for us on site and in the area. In short, we had a wonderful time here.
