The place is perfect as a base to visit the 5 lands, you have the train station 2 min walk, you have the beginning of the main pedestrian avenue just across the street, here you will find restaurants, shops, desserts etc... The apartment has everything you need, there is no noise and it is very cool😎.

Luca's apartment is very well located, less than 10 min walk from the train station while being in a nice area near the pedestrian street. Luca is very responsive to messages and accommodating. The apartment is nice. The mattress in the large bedroom is quite firm. The ones in the small bedroom and sofa are perfect. The lounge area is small but we were never there during the day. Great for enjoying the Cinque Terre!

We had an absolutely lovely time. Apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished, with wonderful views over the hills and countryside. Stayed nice and cool in the heat. Location is perfect, Riccò is an authentic, relaxed village with a nice bakery and grocery store, but easy access to La Spezia, Cinque Terre and Porto Venere

New and well-maintained apartment in terms of tidiness and cleanliness. Quiet area, 15/20 minutes from the center on foot, well served by public transport both to visit the city and the villages of the Cinque Terre, 6/7 minutes from the station. Alessia, a helpful and responsive host. If there is an opportunity, we will gladly return.

We were warmly welcomed by Dennis and his dad. The instructions and conversation were clear as they can speak in French and English. The recommendations given on things to see on site were very good and gave us ideas during our stay. We would highly recommend hosting!

The apartment was amazing - comfortable, cosy, clean, nicely decorated and furnished. The location is perfect, super close to the train station so you can easily visit Cinque Terre, close to Coop (supermarket), also walking distance to the city centre to go to restaurants, stores and marina. Alessandra was very communicative from the start, gave us local recommendations and advice, very kind. We highly recommend staying here!

Fabulous apartment everything perfect, on the edge of a lovely town with decent and cheap pizzerias. Free parking outside and literally 2 mins from the toll road. Outside space perfect if you like it hot as it gets lots of sun! Only 25 mins driving to Levanto where you can get the ferry to see the cinque terre, in our opinion the best way to see it.

What a fantastic place. Paolo met us at the train station to help us with our luggage and guide us to the apartment. Gave us great recommendations on how to spend our 3 days. Honestly I’m not sure I can imagine a better place in Riomaggiore. The flat is on the top floor with a great terrace that is shaded in the evening looking right down on the cove with a beautiful view of the water. We had happy hour up there every night. Everything was clean and modern. Having 2 levels created a lot of space in the apartment. Would stay there again in a heartbeat if coming back to Riomaggiore.

We loved staying at Adriana’s Air B&B! The building was very historical and it was fun to ride in the antique elevator. The apartment had everything you’d need and felt very comfortable. The location is very close to the train station, the building has an excellent convenience store/bakery at the bottom level and around the corner is a grocery store. We felt like we had a true Italian experience with local spots to eat very nearby. Adriana was a wonderful host and took the time to get us acquainted with the apartment when we arrived. She also was very prompt on responding to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this Air B&B.

We really appreciate the hospitality from host and family. We had no trouble getting in. Easily were able to get to Portifino (by bus) and Cinque Terre (by train). But Rapallo itself felt special and was the highlight. Great place to walk to and from the beach and restaraunts. The people, as always in Italy, were extremely warm and inviting. Truly a pleasure and we wish our hosts the best of luck in the future!

If you want to stay in Corniglia, this is a fantastic place to stay. Cristiana made sure I knew where I was going with the hikes I wanted to do and helped me with a reservation for a great dinner. The bar provided an excellent breakfast each morning and everyone was super friendly and helpful. I loved the alcove with the bed and the bathroom had great amenities available. I didn't use the kitchen, but if you wanted to, it was stocked with many things.

Very happy with our stay at Paolo's place. Host was super accommodating and responsive. When our bus arrived later than scheduled, Lara met us at the door to let us in and show us around the apartment. The apartment itself is super comfortable, bright and airy. I loved being able to make espresso in the morning with the machine in the kitchen. It is conveniently located near the train station and lots of restaurants and shops. For us, everything was perfect. I only wish we had booked a longer stay. Definitely a great value for the price, highly recommended!

Casper's house is a jewel immersed in nature. Perfect for relaxing, enjoying the view of the gulf, taking a dip in the pool or simply enjoying the garden. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, the fridge has an ice and water function so you won't need to buy it. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Casper and Joke always responded quickly to meet our needs.

A great apartment in fab location. Carla was extremely helpful and responsive. Loved enjoying coffee and wine on the balcony. Pool opening times need to observed, they depend on the time of the year. Convenient parking. A lovely stay, would happily return.

Everything went smoothly for this stay! Ilaria took great care with us to prepare for our arrival, with the crib we had asked for, full of tips and recommendations to enjoy our stay, a great welcome. The space was perfectly aligned with the description and what we were paying attention to. It is a great solution for people wishing to visit the area by car. We had a great time at the place! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the pictures. The location was great. It is quiet, but still central. The check-in went smoothly, and the host was very friendly, easily accessible and helpful with questions. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. We spent two wonderful nights in a truly enchanting place. The accommodation was well-kept, clean and very welcoming, with beautiful wooden furniture and a very comfortable bed. There was everything we needed to feel good and relax. We loved the private pool, the animals on the property (adorable chickens and cats!) and the tranquility of the place. We immediately felt at ease, thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of the host and his family: they were there for anything and ready to help us. The location is convenient for reaching both Pietrasanta (about 15 minutes) and Forte dei Marmi (about ten minutes), but at the same time immersed in nature, perfect for unwinding. We absolutely recommend this place to couples, families, or anyone looking for relaxation and a little peace. We will definitely be back!

An absolutely stunning place! Despite all the glowing reviews, they can’t fully capture the experience of staying here. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a luxurious estate. The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. Divide & Laura we superb hosts. They responded promptly to all messages and requests. Laura was really friendly, she met us at the property and explained everything. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, whilst its small they have used the space in a really clever way and there is everything you need, The pool looked lovely but we didn’t use it, The views are fantastic and once you have parked your car everything is in walking distance, we loved our stay and will be back.
