5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

This was probably one of the most unique and beautiful Airbnb stays I have ever had. Gabriella has an extremely unique place here, and I suggest you book it if it’s available!

Casa davvero carina, attrezzata benissimo ! Il paesino è piccolo e delizioso, con due buoni ristoranti. La casa molto spaziosa , bello e curato lo spazio fuori, con la possibilità di mangiare e rilassarsi ( c’è anche un bel barbecue, con tutto il necessario per l’accensione) Spettacolare la vista dal balconcino! Cucina fornitissima, ricambi di lenzuola e asciugamani in gran quantità. Una menzione particolare alla gentilezza e disponibilità dell’host, al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di bianco maremmano in fresco e degli snackini per il cane , davvero un gesto gentile. Consigliatissima a chi ama la campagna della Maremma !

Massimo and his wife were great hosts. His place was ready and clean when we arrived. It had everything we needed. Massimo was always responsive and helpful. We were staying there for a wedding at La Pescaia and Massimo was kind enough to give us rides when needed. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I highly recommend Massimo’s place and would love to visit again. Thank you Massimo and Luana!

Wir hatten einen magischen Aufenthalt im Marrucheti 82 - einfach perfekt! Das Frühstück mit Frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, Cappucino, Foccacchia und Früchten ließ keine Wünsche offen. Abendessen kann man in köstlich in einem der vielen Restaurants in Grosseto (10' Autofahrt) Die absolute Ruhe, der Ausblick über die Schafherden und sanft rollenden toskanischen Hügel und der schöne Garten sorgte für pure Entspannung. Ein weiteres Highlight war auch die freistehende Badewanne im Zimmer. Die Küche haben wir nicht gross benutzt, sie ist jedoch voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Den malerischen Infiinity-Pool haben wir aufgrund des etwas durchzogenen Wetters nicht getestet. Das herzliche Team kümmerte sich liebevoll und voller engagement um uns. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Genuss, Ruhe und Gastfreundschaft suchen!

War ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt alles war wie auf denn bildern, ausicht war sehr schön! Wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben war immer jemand erreichbar und sofort da! Nur zu empfehlen!

Lovely experience, would definately stay again! This casa has absolutely amazing views: from relaxing pool days to the stunning sunsets on the terrace. The location and the overall atmosphere were exactly what we were looking for. Inside, there was everything we needed, great air conditioning and a cozy feeling. Parking was easy, and it’s a good base for day trips to Siena, Firenze and all other nearby locations, if you even feel like leaving this beautiful place. Wir sind insgesamt 9 Wochen in Italien. Und diese zwei Wochen waren so wunderbar und erholsam. Das Haus wie auch das gesamte Anwesen ist einfach unglaublich. Es ist ruhig, privat und man kann einfach nur eine schöne Zeit haben. Die Betten sind ein absoluter Traum. Wir haben dort so gut geschlafen. Caspar ist ein super guter Gastgeber und ist immer sofort erreichbar. Wir haben das Angebot von einem Privaten-Koch, Masseur und einer Yoga-Lehrerin in Anspruch genommen. Alle kamen zu uns „nach Hause“. ABSOLUTE Empfehlung. Wir haben bei Sonnenuntergang so hervorragend gegessen und nebenbei den hauseigenen Wein getrunken. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und man spürt überall die Mühe und Leidenschaft, die Caspar investiert. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen dort hin zu fahren. Alleine die Aussicht ist fast nicht zu beschreiben. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. Danke für alles, lieber Caspar!
