Almost everything is great. Only caveats: (1) the first entrance to the building is a little time consuming and was a little chaotic and (2) the bathroom would benefit greatly from some minor improvements.

Excellent option in Ribeirão Preto. Quiet, noise-free and well-located building. I intend to return soon and it will definitely be my accommodation option!

All aspects have vastly exceeded expectations, from the general environment to the convenience of the apartment. The reception staff showed exemplary professionalism and courtesy. A fully equipped apartment with a great location and a variety of leisure and entertainment options nearby. The host was thoughtful and promptly responded to any questions and needs. I recommend it for short-term and long-term stays. The condominium is nice and has recreation options as well. I appreciate all the accompaniment and recommend to anyone who is interested in the area and for an equipped apartment.

Very well located apartment, inside a condominium, well wooded, a lot of space for indoor parking, with super organized entrance. The apartment is a little old, but very well maintained. The air conditioning is window, which causes a bit of noise compared to the split, but it works well, which is important in Ribeirão Preto.

The apartment was as described, matches the images. Very comfortable. We gave the bad luck of the shower to malfunction during our stay, but the issue was resolved. Many comment on the tight garage, but it is nothing out of the ordinary apartment, and are also rotating vacancies annually so possibly when you read this comment the vacancy of his ap will already be elsewhere.

Very well-structured unit, with new and well-equipped kitchen items, great TV and internet, very good bathroom, new and comfortable bed. Apartment as shown in the photos. JACK always responded with attention, speed, politeness, and clarity. And it was like that again, because it had already been supported by her. Very good building, next to a supermarket, gym, shops, pharmacy, and close to good restaurants.

Keile was very flexible with the schedules, the house is beautiful with a very beautiful view, everything was super clean.

The property is in line with the announcement, is close to the HC of USP-RP but remains the addendum that the HC itself is more difficult to get on foot from any location (to those who do not know the campus). Neighborhood very quiet, quiet as the building. I managed to get the keys at the concierge and for the return I left it at the owner's residence as there is a lunch break for the concierge employees. Without any other problems. Very good, quiet city, I strongly recommend having a car to work things out.

Very comfortable and perfect place for short stays. Tatiana always very attentive and helpful, she did not strive to help us in everything we need. We will return for sure.
