Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Ribeirão Preto

When we requested the inclusion of a third person weeks before the trip, we were informed that there would be no additional cost. This information was essential for our planning, leading to the acquisition of other services. Although we have reinforced our openness to pay, the absence of a fee has been confirmed and the guarantee of prior notice in case of change has been given. The change in billing was only communicated to us 3 (three) days in advance (on 06/16 for travel on 06/19), when cancellation was already impossible. The owner even said we could cancel, but it would have to be through the app, which didn't allow it. The main point: the hotel informed that it does not recognize such a value, indicating that the actual costs would be minimal. The main issue is not the value, but the late communication and the divergence of information, which generated frustration and discomfort about the transparency of the situation. Despite this, the place is amazing, Mrs. Michele and Mr. Junior are very attentive.

Very well-structured unit, with new and well-equipped kitchen items, great TV and internet, very good bathroom, new and comfortable bed. Apartment as shown in the photos. JACK always responded with attention, speed, politeness, and clarity. And it was like that again, because it had already been supported by her. Very good building, next to a supermarket, gym, shops, pharmacy, and close to good restaurants.

The stay throughout our stay was great, Filipe, Lucas, Gabriela, Luiz, Romeo were helpful and super attentive to us, served a great breakfast, prepared a great dinner and were always available to help and instruct us whenever possible. The House is wonderful and has met our expectations, the place is very broad and comfortable. With ample parking and accommodations available for 12 people met our needs. I rented with Francisco, who was super helpful and even made it clear that there was a work in progress on the premises. He filmed it so I could see if it would disrupt our stay. The day before our trip, my family and I got the flu, and we ended up not going. My friends went and even called me on video to show me the place, as they were impressed. Very beautiful, full of green areas, with a beautiful pool, tree house, slide, billiards, a terrace with beautiful views of the city, air-conditioned rooms, very comfortable and a house well-stocked with daily necessities. *note: according to my friends, the house delivers much more than is seen in the photos. It is worth renting as a group, for a delicious, comfortable weekend in the midst of nature (even within the city). Next time, I intend not to get sick and also enjoy a day in this super cozy place. =)

i really like the place, big and airy, matches the pictures. very neighborhood, nearby to do everything on foot. Host feels very kind and helpful in my questions, as we stay more than 20 days and whenever we need something he's always very helpful I'll come back more often.
