Very good apartment with a very good location too! Easy check-in and a very welcoming and attentive hostess. Just one important observation is that depending on the route you are going to take, the GPS may indicate that you pass through the favela.

This was the second time I stayed at Maria's apartment and, once again, it was an excellent experience! The place is beautiful, modern, tastefully decorated and extremely clean. Everything is thought out in the smallest details to provide comfort and well-being. I felt at home! I recommend it with my eyes closed and I will definitely come back other times.

The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet place, easy to access. A lot of activity in the region, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.

We liked everything about our accommodation, Maickon was excellent, very helpful and attentive. The perfect location, the apartment is beautiful and cozy, very complete, prepared to welcome people with all comforts, I felt at home, everything was very clean. Close to a supermarket, restaurant. I highly recommend it. We are already looking forward to returning and enjoying the best accommodation in São Paulo.

The apartment is clean and well located. The kitchen has several amenities and the building in general does too, but there are limitations to using the pool and gym. Eduardo is helpful and answers questions easily. Building security is prioritized, so any visitor must be previously authorized and informed. Overall, it is a good and functional apartment for a small family to stay in SP.

Rodrigo is a great host! Super nice people, attentive and flexible! The house is wonderful: very clean, organized and comfortable, exactly as in the photos. We had a great stay. The only observation is in relation to the parking space, which is on a very steep slope, so it is good to have some skill to park. Everything else is perfect! I highly recommend it!

The roof deck was a huge plus and it was easy to walk around from this location.

The house is beautiful and well decorated, just like the photos in the ad. The rooms are comfortable and the bedding was fragrant. The kitchen is well equipped with many options of dishes, glasses, pots and the outdoor barbecue area is pleasant.

I made my wedding day in this space and it was also an accommodation for my family. We had days of great comfort and tranquility. I received a beautiful souvenir of welcome due to my wedding. We are all enchanted by the beauty of the house. It's all smelly, spacious. Awesome! It's well worth it!

Giuliano’s home in São Paulo is located in the heart of the most popular, artistic and musical area, with ease access to so many cultural adventures! Me and my family loved that part! And felt specially lucky to be able to explore Villa Madalena from this very beautiful house. Giuliano’s house is very ample, well equipped and has all the features to make one feel very comfortable . I stayed in his house for 8 nights with my family and felt like I had a home in São Paulo. I got to cook everyday to my family, to enjoy the company of many friends and family members that had access to stop by and visit us, and enjoyed specially the backyard with so many sweet features, my favorite the hammock and the garden ! I recommend Giuliano’s farm inspired house to all looking for a pleasant and relaxed home experience in São Paulo !

The house is simply perfect, beautiful, super comfortable, well cared for and full of details that show the whimsy the house has. We arrived and the house was impeccable, very clean and organized, perfectly held me and my family, with suites equipped with air conditioning, tv, fan, pillows, toilet paper, tapestry, all with work bench and cozy decor. The kitchen is a magazine, beautiful, with a huge and super functional island, a delight to spend family moments cooking and talking, it has all the utensils, dishes and bowls, there is nothing missing. Ahhh and the sound was certainly a differential apart, with height regulation separated by environments, too much!! The heated pool is not even talked about, we went in the fall and we were able to enjoy a lot of because it was heated, including the night. If it wasn't heated we probably wouldn't even use it because of the cold. Alem of the house being PERFECT, Chris and Edu were super attentive and kind to us We'll definitely get back, I loved it!

Great location for those going to the Albert Einstein stadium or hospital. Clean, organized and very complete apartment, especially in kitchen utensils. Fantastic leisure area. The only observation is that the apartment faces the street, so it is natural that there is noise from cars and buses.
